Meet Giothaagoatt

We recently connected with Giothaagoatt and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Giothaagoatt, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Once I started to see that there was a need for a visual representation such as myself for myself, and those around me is when I realized that I needed to step up to the plate to be able to not only to carve a lane of my own and something that other people might be able to follow, and that they too can create their own and find something that works for them It’s all about being able to put yourself in a position to do for others as much as you can because a lot of things have always been kept quiet because of a thing called gatekeeping, but I’m very much against that and if I know something, I know any tools or or anything that could be useful I’m always gonna make sure that I pass that information along to the next person because I do feel that you know, everybody is owed that information we can’t move forward together if Only one person is moving forward we are supposed to move as a unit Everybody should be offered the same chance to be great and so that is how I found my purpose and still till this day at my age of 26 I’m never gonna stop being a pioneer and shaping the mold and building the groundwork for that.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Well, for starters, I would like to say that I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to continue to introduce myself to the world and that is something that I will always jump at the chance to do when given secondly right now I have a few TV projects coming up so you’re definitely gonna be seeing me on your screens on a few different things very soon in the coming months. I also have an EP titled Dear Gio which is basically going to be a three track EP basically addressing a lot of the things that I’ve gone through in the past few years and just telling myself that it’s gonna be OK and you know analyzing where I was then and pretty much giving an update on where I am now in life and that project basically just being a full circle self reflection moment for me

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I would have to say my quick wit because I’m always quick on my toes that allows me to think very sufficiently and very fast I would say my tenacity because I definitely have stood the test the time and I will stand in the test of time everybody’s journeys and always easy when they start, but it’s not how you started. How do you maintain it then how you finish and I would say my resilience because it’s not a easy industry to be a part of and when you’re coming out and you’re trying to understand your brain, establish yourself and figure out what lane you know works for you finding your voice finding your sound finding your image finding your team. All of those things are part of that so a lot of people give up, but I’m never gonna give up I’m gonna find everything that works for me and I’m gonna make that Layne very lucrative for me and then I’m gonna move onto the next thing. I’m gonna conquer every area that I have set out to conquer and nothing is going to stop me.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?

My biggest growth improvement for the past 12 months would definitely be my faith and just trusting the process and knowing that everything happens when it’s supposed to, and in this industry you will feel like you know because it’s happening for that person it should happen for you because it happens for one person one way it’ll happen that way nope you gotta trust the process and know that whats meant for you is meant for you and nothing and nobody can stop that so just trusting you your craft your talent and you know what you stand for and continue doing it for those people and for yourself The recognition may or may not come, but it always has to be true in your heart
