Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Aliyah Ramalho. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Aliyah, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
1) My input to society
2)finances
3)satisfaction with own Appearance
4) Relationships

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m a 27-year-old philanthropist and entrepreneur passionate about empowering individuals and communities through financial education and philanthropy. My journey began in 2017 when I started as a tax intern, and it was during this time that I discovered my passion for helping people take control of their finances. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and launched my own tax firm, which now proudly serves over 200 clients annually.
My firm specializes in providing affordable and accessible tax preparation services for everyday taxpayers who often feel overwhelmed or underserved in navigating their finances. Beyond simply filing taxes, we focus on educating clients to make informed financial decisions, bridging the gap between affordability and professionalism.
I also practice philanthropy across the state of Georgia, hosting annual holiday giveback events to provide support and resources to underserved communities. These initiatives remind me of the importance of gratitude and the power of unity in ensuring that everyone has access to life’s basic necessities.
Through my work, both in business and philanthropy, my mission is clear: to provide people with the tools, resources, and education they need to build healthy, sustainable, and empowered lives. Whether it’s guiding someone through financial literacy or giving back to those in need, I am committed to creating a lasting, positive impact on the lives I touch.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1) Don’t take it personal
2) work today for what you want tomorrow
3) Walk with grace
1) Don’t Take It Personal
Why It Matters:
•In business and personal life, rejection, criticism, and setbacks are inevitable. Taking things personally can lead to emotional decisions, self-doubt, and stagnation.
•It’s often not about you—people’s reactions, feedback, or resistance are shaped by their own experiences, fears, and challenges.
How to Develop This:
•Reframe Criticism – Instead of reacting emotionally, ask: What can I learn from this?
• Build Emotional Intelligence – Learn to separate emotions from decision-making by practicing self-awareness and empathy.
• Seek Perspective – Surround yourself with mentors and peers who can provide objective viewpoints.
2) Work Today for What You Want Tomorrow
Why It Matters:
•Success is a result of compounded effort—the small, consistent actions you take today shape your future.
•It’s easy to get discouraged by slow progress, but the people who persist despite uncertainty are the ones who win.
How to Develop This:
•Set Clear, Long-Term Goals – Break them down into small, actionable steps.
•Adopt the “1% Better” Mindset – Focus on daily improvement rather than overnight success.
•Create Systems, Not Just Goals – Discipline and habits will keep you going when motivation fades
3) Walk with Grace
Why It Matters:
• Grace is about resilience, composure, and integrity, even when faced with adversity.
• It’s what makes people remember and respect you long after you’ve left the room.
• In leadership and entrepreneurship, how you handle tough situations defines your reputation.
How to Develop This:
• Practice Mindfulness & Self-Control – Respond, don’t react. Stay calm in tough situations.
• Lead with Kindness & Strength – Be firm in your boundaries but compassionate in your delivery.
• Operate with Integrity – Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Final Advice for Those Early in Their Journey
• Learn to detach emotionally from business decisions. Your worth isn’t determined by every success or failure.
• Put in the work, but don’t rush the process. Small daily efforts build momentum.
• Move with grace, no matter the situation. Your character is your ultimate currency.
Would love to hear—what experiences shaped these principles for you?

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
While I don’t seek traditional partnerships, I love collaborating with driven entrepreneurs, business owners, and creators who are working on meaningful projects. If you’re building something impactful—whether in virtual tax services, Humanitarian projects, digital entrepreneurship, or any other industry focused on growth and efficiency—I’d be excited to share insights, provide strategic guidance, and help refine ideas.
