Suman, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

I believe finding purpose comes from discovering what truly excites and motivates you, then aligning that with meaningful impact. For me, purpose is about solving real-world challenges and creating value for people and communities.

TinPaisa is more than just a ticketing platform—it’s an ecosystem designed to empower event organizers, businesses, and communities. With its advanced ticket sales and management system, TinPaisa makes organizing events seamless, from customizable seating layouts and secure payments to real-time access control and analytics. But it doesn’t stop there.

The TinPaisa Business Hub extends this vision by providing a powerful space for businesses of all sizes, from startups to enterprises to showcase their services, achievements, and expertise. It acts as a bridge, connecting businesses with the right audiences and helping them gain visibility in a competitive market. Whether it’s event ticketing, business discovery, or integrated marketing tools, TinPaisa ensures that businesses and organizers have everything they need to succeed.

I find fulfillment in contributing to solutions that uplift businesses, simplify operations, and create meaningful connections. TinPaisa’s vision of building an inclusive, technology-driven platform that helps businesses grow, engage with customers, and enhance their brand aligns perfectly with my passion for innovation and impact. Being part of a team that drives this transformation is something that truly excites me.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I am a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer at Charter Communications with a strong passion for technology, security, and community building. Born and raised in Nepal, I moved to New Zealand in 2013 for my graduate studies and later migrated to the USA to pursue an M.S. in Cybersecurity from Regis University. Throughout my journey, I have always believed in leveraging technology to create meaningful solutions that help people and businesses thrive.

That passion led to the creation of TinPaisa, an innovative platform that goes beyond just event ticketing. TinPaisa provides a seamless experience for event organizers with features like customizable seating layouts, secure payments, real-time access control, and instant e-tickets, making event management effortless. What excites me most is how TinPaisa Business Hub empowers businesses—from small startups to enterprises—by giving them a platform to showcase their services, achievements, and connect with the right audience.

I have always been passionate about helping people, staying positive, and supporting the community. Through TinPaisa, my goal is to build a platform that fosters growth, connection, and success for businesses and event organizers alike.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, following three key qualities have shaped my journey:

Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Moving across countries and fields taught me the importance of staying open to change and constantly learning.

Problem-Solving & Innovation – Identifying problems and innovating solutions has been critical in both my cybersecurity career and building TinPaisa.

Resilience & Community Support – Persistence through setbacks and staying positive, along with support from others, has been essential to my success.

My advice to those early in their journey is to stay adaptable, always learn, embrace problem-solving, and surround yourself with a supportive community. These qualities will guide you to success.
