Florinda, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
My resilience comes from my Mother and Father. Growing up on the Navajo Nation Reservation, I encountered a lot of adversity. As a strong Indigenous woman my resilient strength comes from providing our home with traditional values we can carry and honor. My resilience comes from decades of hardship not yet forgotten. My resilience comes from a space in my heart that wants to make a different within our communities.

I just Welcomed the World to Glendale, Arizona! As the Hospitality Captain for Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee, we have successfully made an impact of Arizona’s Economic Development and leaving a long-lasting legacy. It’s been an honor to have had such an amazing opportunity. The scale it takes to create such a massive global event is extraordinary privilege.

Looking back on my journey, I believe my ability to helping other businesses when it was MOST NEEDED! During the pandemic I’ve helped countless small businesses stay afloat. I’ve provided a space for many to grow and leverage the latest algorithm. I’ve also provided my platform for several creators to kick-start their influencer shine’. Always being a helping hand is what make us unique! Now, we provide Arizona with top family attractions and adventures. Sharing the best of Arizona!

1 Page Marketing Plan by Allan Dib, has played a major role in my Marketing Strategies for my own business and others as well. Getting new customers is a start and probably the best feeling as an entrepreneur but keeping them and creating a long-lasting relationship is where the SAUCE IS!
