Meet Militia Vox

We recently connected with Militia Vox and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Militia, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

I get it from that fire in my belly that loves to ruin stereotypes and create the world I want to see. I get off on defiance. But I push forward to learn, know myself and reach my spirit’s highest potential. I have to experience the exhilaration of music as often as possible- I’m an addict. I’m addicted to music, its creation, performance and being symbiotic with an audience.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Currently focused on the upcoming releases of new Militia Vox music- including one VERY exciting collaboration with some Rock legends, as well as music with my new progressive doom metal band – more info on that to come.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Make decisions quickly- overthinking is a curse.

What turns you on? Create a world of it.

Dare. Repeat.

What was the most impactful thing your parents did for you?

At age 8, when I said I wanted to learn piano, they got me a baby grand and lessons. That fed my soul and kicked off my musical evolution. (Thank you xo)
