Horysn, thank you so much for making time for us today. We can’t wait to dive into your story and the lessons you’ve learned along the way, but maybe we can start with something foundational to your success. How have you gone about developing your ability to communicate effectively?

By listening and learning whom it is I’m speaking with. I find it easier to understand a person first; To learn how they think, and how their feelings are carried so that everything comes out clear and concise

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

As a singer songwriter my favorite thing about creating a song is the storytelling aspect. There is something so enchanting about setting up a plot line and phrasing it in a way where its both catchy and memorable, buts thats the art of it all the mapping of a story the imprint its why I create!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Three things that I think really help me on my constant journey of music are; Resilience, Imagination, and Life Experiences. These tools keep me grounded and creative. I think sometimes people focus too much on the end result versus the steps it takes to get there, there’s beauty and value in the process and ones path isn’t meant to mirror another

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?

I always take a step back and start to breakdown what parts of a situation affect me most, by doing this I can regulate my emotions and deem whats in my control and whats beyond it.
