Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jordan Roberts. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Jordan, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic comes from my family. I would watch my family work hard everyday to sustain the living that we wanted. Both of my parents worked hard and made sure that if I was going to work on any task, that I was going to finish it and do it to the best of my ability.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Neeko’s, a new pop-up and catering venture specializing in mocktail beverages. Founded by a duo of passionate individuals with deep roots in the city’s bar and hospitality scene, Neeko’s promises to deliver all-natural, organic, and alcohol-free mocktails that are as delicious as they are innovative. The menu at Neeko’s features a tantalizing array of mocktail options, including non-alcoholic versions of classic favorites like Pina Coladas, Mojitos, Espresso Martinis, Lavender Lemonade, Mai Tais, and more. Each beverage is crafted with care using only the finest ingredients, ensuring a flavor experience that rivals traditional cocktails.

Neeko’s is not content to simply operate as a pop-up; the team has ambitious plans to expand and establish a presence at locations throughout the city. They are currently in the process of scheduling pop-ups at local events and festivals throughout the summer, offering Philadelphians the chance to experience their innovative mocktails firsthand.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Some qualities that have been impactful during this journey is quality, organization, and precision. In the Hospitality industry, the combination of these three are vital for success. Being able to keep everything organized is an important tactic for success. quality is important because your product has to be of quality and something that people will purchase and enjoy. The quality promote a positive emotions in the customer. This industry isn’t all about selling products, but selling a feeling of being special. Some advice I have for people getting started is do just that. Find your talents and what you are good at doing, practice those skills to get better and better, work to be organized and precise and connect with others in the industry. Sometimes it’s not about what you know rather, who you know.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

As a fairly new company, we are always looking to expand and collaborate with other brands doing similar things. There are countless other bartending services working to expand into the NA beverage scene. Many bars in the city who do not have proper or good zero-proof beverage programs could use our service and create actually good mocktail programs. People can reach out to us on social media and on our website if they are interested in collaborating with us. Currently we only offer our services to the Philadelphia area, but are always looking to expand.
