Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to James Gloveriii. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
James, so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.
I had to come to the realization that there was only one me.
There have been times in my life when I had to step back and reevaluate myself in order for me not to go back into that mindset. I wanted to fit in by the world’s standards. So, I would try to mimic what I thought was good. So, I would I doubt myself, and my accomplishments because of the people I was around that made me feel like I wasn’t celebrating.
But God has brought me to a place where I have accepted the call to be a light in this dark world, and not of it.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Well, hello my name is James H Glover III.
I accepted my calling into the ministry at the age of seventeen. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs on this journey being a minister. So, it hasn’t been easy, but I know that God has been with me every step of the way.
I am the founder and CEO of Revjhg3ministries and Revjhg3studios. Being a content creator and podcaster is incredible because I have complete control of the content I want to put out as well interviewing different guests from all walks of life. There are numerous and amazing podcasts that are already out now. Shout out to everyone who has been rocking with me since day one!
I’ve been cooking up some new podcasts. I’m excited about it!! So, be ready and keep your eyes opened!

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. When you have a relationship with God, that should be your number one focus. If you take care of that, God will take care of everything else.
2. Have a strong team around you. Don’t keep the “Yes” men around you.
3. Rock bottom became the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life. In other words, Don’t be afraid to start over again.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
When I’m overwhelmed I step back and pray! Prayer is most important thing to me. And remember your why. The reason why you started on this journey.
