Meet Alexander Greer

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Alexander Greer a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alexander , thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?

It’s stems from confidence in you and your ability and or the product your providing. If you feel your best and know you have the best product on the market you’ll live in that manner

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Resiliency

Self confidence

Hard work/determination

Resilience is one of those things experience teaches you like you kind of just have to go through it and bounce back just to know you can

If Self confidence isn’t born. It’s earned with hurt and resilience

Hard work is instilled man don’t think about the fatigue or strain just keep working until the task is completed. Responsibilities require respect

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

My mother. I watched her raise a doctor and an entrepreneur all on her own 😂😂 and the youngest was the dopest out of the three
