Parris , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

I learned throughout life, you get out what you put in it. So ever since then I knew if I put in greater amount of effort than what is rquired, I Knew I could achieve anything I wanted out of life

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Im a musical artist out of Los Angeles,Ca and I’m a producer as well. I love to network and build with other artist and local business, being part of helping the community stay together is an overwhelming joy. my brand is Early Byrd, it is a clothing line that meant for those who enjoy living life to the fullest. With my brand i also put together a musical and local business showcase called The Luv Nest. Everything I do i like to keep it focused on the community and my passion to create art. Early Byrd will be dropping some new merchandise this spring 2025 before i set out on my 2025 spring tour.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Work Hard, Delusion, Discipline, all played part in making me who I am today. so as long as you have these three things and you add them to will to never give up, you will achieve anything in this world.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

Learning to become better, its not always easy seeing areas in your life that need improvements. I learned how to improve in the moments.
