Hi Melton, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I definitely get my work ethic from my father Melton Mustafa Sr. and my uncle Jesse Jones Jr.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am a Music Educator, Recording Artist, Band Leader, CEO of Zaki Publishing, Media and Entertainment Group and Director of the non Profit MSM Arts United, Inc.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1. A Thrist for knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
2. A tremendous work ethic
3. A love for family and community
