Meet Ali Wise

We recently connected with Ali Wise and have shared our conversation below.

Ali, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
My resilience comes in partnership with my husband. Sure, we all have our ups and downs, but we are each other’s hype person on the down days, and cheerleader on the up days. He’s the most resilient person I know and has been through so much in life, both personally and professionally, and I admire his tenacity to always push forward, to grow, and to succeed. Through him, I have learned to “do it scared.”

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’ve always loved people! I’ve worked for some of the World’s largest Fortune 100 companies (Nike, Columbia Sportswear and American Eagle Outfitters) conducting global real estate, and connecting those real estate spaces with the retail community. Between professional relationships on various corporate teams and under various managers, and creating and developing relationships in my personal life, it only made sense to transition from corporate global real estate to residential real estate. In the last 4.5 years, I’ve been able to help hundreds of people and families with their real estate needs, from buying and selling, to relocating and investing.

First time homebuyers are my favorite type of clients. It’s exciting to be able to educate people on everything involving their first home purchase, from location to price to financial details, and even down to aesthetics. The way they rely on me to help guide them is a special feeling, and it doesn’t hurt that I am a certified first time home buyer specialist!

I also enjoy luxury real estate and have been involved in selling luxury properties for several years as well. When it comes to higher end homes, it’s the properties I love more than the people, naturally, but those transactions are much more transactional than personal in nature.

I lead the #ClosingDay Team with eXp Realty. I am personally licensed in 4 states (Arizona, Oregon, Washington and Florida) and have a large team under me of over 40 agents in 12 states. But I don’t stop there; I take pride in referring people to other incredible real estate agents like myself, all over the world! I’m constantly growing my team and my business, and the fastest way to get in touch with me for either reason is via email or Instagram.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three important qualities to develop and maintain, in my book, are the ability to be relational versus transactional and really get to know the people you’re doing business with in any industry or capacity, become a superb communicator if you aren’t one already, because communication can absolutely make or break any relationship or deal, and lastly, to build your own authentic personal brand. It’s been most impactful for my journey to build my personal brand, which I am able to do by expressing my life, both personally and professionally, for the world to see on social media. What you see is what you get! I am who I am whether I’m in person with my family, in person with my clients, behind the camera for some educational content, or just being me on my Instagram stories. People love the transparency and authenticity I bring to my community and followers. My best advice is to just be you. People will be drawn to you in various ways and for various reasons if you consistently express your true self for the world to see. Find your niche in life, and roll with it!

How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I am always looking to grow my team! I love meeting new agents, existing agents who are looking for a change or a team to join, and mentoring, leading and coaching at whatever level that agent requires.

I’m also always looking to collaborate with people on the digital side of my business. Photography, cinematography and anything to keep my social media alive and allow me the opportunity to educate my followers and have fun while doing so.

And of course I am always looking to expand my book of business! My multiple-platform 5-star reviews speak for themselves, so if you or anyone you know needs a real estate agent, anywhere in the world, I can absolutely help, and I guarantee you’ll have an unforgettable experience in working with me!
