We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Alexandra a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Alexandra , so excited to talk about all sorts of important topics with you today. The first one we want to jump into is about being the only one in the room – for some that’s being the only person of color or the only non-native English speaker or the only non-MBA, etc Can you talk to us about how you have managed to be successful even when you were the only one in the room that looked like you?
As leaders, we are constantly called to venture into the unknown, to trust in a vision that others cannot yet grasp.
There is no map, no guide to follow.
Leadership is not something we learn—it is innate, woven into the fabric of who we are. It’s a gift we are born with.
Eye have often walked this path feeling alone, as there’s no one who truly understands the unique vision that lives within me.
That’s part of the journey of being a leader and a visionary.
To succeed, eye believe one must cultivate a deep connection to the Divine, to the essence of who we truly are. It is this connection that makes success possible.
From as far back as eye can remember, I’ve had clear, distinct visions, and nothing else seemed worth my time but dedicating myself to bringing those visions to life.
Eye now call them GOD visions. They don’t belong to me—eye am merely a vessel, here to co-create the unseen, to manifest the divine into the physical world.
Doubt, fear, judgment, and confusion all arise, but because these visions are rooted in something greater, they never falter. I’ll continue to pursue these GOD visions, in this life and beyond. Forward, always.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Eye believe the three most important skills or qualities for success today are:
1. Self-Awareness: Success requires positive, empowered thoughts, because those thoughts create the feelings that drive our actions. One must become masterful in self-awareness and eliminate the negative “virus” of the mind to triumph. This is foundational—if we don’t address our mental patterns, we can’t create the reality we long for.
2. Resilience: The ability to keep going when things aren’t easy is key to success. In this world, setbacks are inevitable, but having the inner strength to rise again is what truly defines a leader.
3. Trust in the Divine: Having a deep connection to God, to your internal being is essential. It’s what keeps us grounded and steady, even when external circumstances are unstable.
What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?
These are some juicy questions, the last 12 months have been deeply transformative–some of the most transformative of my entire life, so this is a good one!
Eye went through a deeply devastating heartbreak that involved another woman, and it triggered a core wound that catalyzed me in ways eye never imagined.
It was undeniably a dark night of the soul, and eye witnessed firsthand how the studies, tools, and work I’d been devoted to over the years played a vital role in helping me transcend a pain eye didn’t think I’d survive.
What eye took most from it was that eye was able to come to know the power, the Superior Power of the Divine Mother, the way that She delivered me from the devastating pain, the pain that cut so deep that truly in moments eye wasn’t aware of how eye was going to just get to the next moment.
She guided me and delivered me.
And really what was also so profound was the way that this was all Divinely orchestrated, how it felt as though eye had been studying this work and implementing this work and teaching and guiding other mothers in this work, slowly, tenderly coming to trust my Inner Mother again, opening, opening, opening my heart like the rose, eye dove into this devastation with humility, with the capability to fully lean on Her, on Her Beauty, Love, Nurture, Pure Magic.
She delivers all from fear and pain.
What also feels pertinent to share is that what is related to intimately to the manifestation of humility is to have also a true conviction, a grounded belief in the unseen Superior Forces of this life—in God, the Divine Archangels, our Inner Mother Father, this requires an attunement to the magic of life, like that awe, the awe that children have.
It isn’t necessarily only a childlike thing, or maybe more so what I’m trying to say is that we are all really children. And the only reason why we turn into and catharsis into adults is when we really step away from the awe of the miracle of life and the miracle of the unseen Divine Forces of the Light that lives all around us and within us.
To transcend deep wounds it does require you to be connected to that part, the Divine unseen part that lives within you and lives within me…
We all are connected to that to some degree. And so really, it’s this combination of being tuned into that, the magic of life, the Divinity that really is there, even though you cannot see it, and being humble enough to ask for the help.
The Inner Eternal Mother, She will take you into these spaces and deliver you.
And so that’s what eye traversed in the last 12 months, it is the most significant thing that eye can share here.
It enriched and deepened my work with mothers, and my longing to be of greater guidance and support to mothers because eye had a new found hope, a new found excitement that we really can, with Her guidance, be delivered from anything. And this is really good to know. It brings so much peace to the heart.
Thanks for sharing that. What else can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I’m definitely a multi-faceted being who lives very much outside of the box! Haha!
For many years, eye believed eye had to focus on just one vision at a time. But after discovering my design as a Manifesting Generator, eye realized my true power lies in engaging with multiple projects, each drawing from the same divine essence. It’s in this natural flow of creation that eye thrive—working in diverse ways, on different paths, with each vision interwoven through the energy of the Mother.
My spiritual journey/return home to myself all began with the physical body of the Mother—Mother Earth herself.
Over a decade ago, eye was reintroduced to the profound medicine of Mother Earth through working with plant devas.
While some call them essential oils, they are so much more—they are the essence and consciousness of the plants, the medicine of the Earth.
This journey with the plants took me by storm, healed me in ways eye could never have imagined, and led me into a transformative process that ultimately revealed my mission: to share this experience and guide others through their own healing with the Mother in all of her seen and unseen forms.
As eye healed and expanded, my work began to take shape in powerful ways.
Then, the catalyst for this journey was the birth of my son, my sun. His arrival was a profound shift—a deep purification of my being on every level. He is the reason why eye truly came to dive into my devotional work, to fully embrace the journey of coming to know who eye am. His presence ignited this sacred path of awakening and transformation.
I’m now deeply immersed in mentoring within the Devotional Mothership, where eye offer guidance and support to mothers on their spiritual journeys.
We are also dedicated to expanding our Sacred Seeds Enrichment Space for Children, a sacred environment that nurtures the evolution of the soul, helping children grow, learn, and connect with their higher essence.
At the same time, my energy is flowing into the Healing Land Project, where I’m working to create a sacred space for healing and transformation.
Balancing all of this while being a single homeschooling mama—is proof that miracles really do happen when you’re aligned with your true sacred purpose! With the Eternal Holy Mother, all things are possible! 🙂
