Meet Karina Charry

We were lucky to catch up with Karina Charry recently and have shared our conversation below.

Karina, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

My work ethic is deeply rooted in the example set by my parents. They migrated from Colombia seeking better opportunities, and throughout their journey, they gave their all every single day. Their resilience, drive, and unwavering perseverance left a lasting impression on me. No matter how tough things got or how impossible the situation seemed, they never gave up. Watching their struggles made me realize how important it is to ensure stability for myself and my family. Their determination taught me that with hard work, focus, and a clear vision, anything is possible. It instilled in me the belief that if you stay committed, you can achieve your goals and even surpass them.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I have always followed the slogan “your network, is your networth” The people I have surrounded myself with when starting my business and the people I have met throughout my journey through the years has been paramount to the success of Bounce for Love. My determination to keep going, even when it didn’t seem impactful at the time only led to breadcrumbs to so many major opportunities. I have always had an open mind to different ideas and feedback from supporters, family, and clients who have followed me. Being able to listen to feedback both positive and negative has been instrumental in how we service our clients today.
