Meet Gee Johnson

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Gee Johnson. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Gee, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?

My resilience comes from my hunger to continue to reach a higher version of self. I know who I am now and who I want to be. I’ve been through so much at only 27 and I just wish to excel in every way. I remember my mom telling me a story about us being on a beach in the Bahamas and I had to be either 2 or 3 years old. Running to the shore by myself and jumping in the water with no fear. Since a child I’ve always had this spirit to go after anything I want. I’ve always thought if I don’t seize the opportunity now, I may not get that chance again.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

My focus these days has been on my album and making sure my music is heard by the masses. What many people do not know about me is that I am currently in school studying business.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

The advice that I would give anybody and also myself is anything you see yourself doing long term, make sure it’s something you love, and it’s making you happy. If you’re not content while making your coins. What’s the point? Remember to trust your intuition ALWAYS and show up as the most authentic version of yourself. Live NOW! Why wait??

How would you spend the next decade if you somehow knew that it was your last?

Dealing with stuff I absolutely cannot control. I keep expecting things to happen and playing the waiting game. But the more I wait the more I am watching my life go by.
