Carlos , so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.

I wake up every morning and think to myself what can I do to improve my current situation, healthwise, financial wise, motivational wise, then I think of ways to make that happen! Being in a rock band it’s a lot of hard work you take a lot of criticism. Sometimes you feel like all your hard work is for nothing so you got to re-self motivate yourself every single day.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I sing for the Los Angeles based rock ! band, Stonebreed, we are a national touring rock band with two full link CDs available worldwide on all digital outlets and 8 new singles. We are trying to promote and spread the word to introduce our band internationally! Since I’m the singer, I also do most of the song writing which is very special and dear to me

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

I think three main Things that have impacted me the most in my personal journey

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

I just take a deep breath, relax, and evaluate my situation. Instead of looking at one big task I try to break it down in my mind and handle one small thing at a time to overcome any situation I might be having
