Babyjupe, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I think i get my work ethic from a few places. It starts with watching my mom work multiple jobs my whole life. watching her be willing to do anything and put the work in to get what she wants inspired me. it originally inspired me to go hard with the sports i was playing which is another place i shaped my work ethic. i was an undersized football player who ended up playing division 1 ball. and i know how much work i put in to get there. to get what you want you must be willing to put in the hours so when your window of opportunity comes, you will be prepared for what youve been asking the universe for.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

im focused on building my music career right now. right now im just focsing on creating the music as an artist as thats my first love. creating music is a way for me to get my thoughts out and focus on things i want to manifest. thats what the most exciting part about what i do is creating and bringing listeners into my world and how i view things and connecting with those who feel how i do.
as i get more established i will branch out into producing, starting a label, and developing a cartoon tv show.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

i think my 3 best qualities are my resilience, my willingness to learn and self awareness.
as an artist youre going to go through things that you might not have thought you signed up for so you must be willing to take whatever comes with your dream. be willing to work through anything that life throws at you good or bad you must know not to stop working and improving just because things are going good (or bad). you must also be willing to learn from those who are where you think you want to be and even watch those who arent doing what you want to do who are successful in their own fields and see how you can apply their positive traits to your own. the self awareness is important for understanding your own strenghts and weaknesses. especially when youre good at something. sometimes people dont want to tell you what they think because they are afraid you dont want to hear it so you should be your own harshest critic but also be proud when you succeed and aknowledge that for yourself
