Meet BRVNDO

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to BRVNDO. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

BRVNDO , so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

My family. My parents allowed me to be myself. They always told me I can do anything I put my mind to. They allowed me to take risks and try new things, and I was confident enough to do it because I knew my parents were going to love me even if I failed. Also my sister’s. They helped me develop thick skin, so nothing really bothers me. I love my sisters, they’re a big reason why I am the way I am.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I make music. I’ve had a love for music for as along as I can remember. I love the whole process of getting the beat, finding a topic to write about, figuring out lyrics, finding melodies and harmonies, recording the song, and finally seeing it all come together. I’m currently working on an Rnb album.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The 3 most important qualities or skills for me are Creativity, Confidence, and Originality. You need Creativity because that’s where the ability to figure out how you want the song to come together comes from. You need confidence to try new things, whether it’s new beats, a new flow, a new style. Also people are going to doubt you. You have to have confidence to keep trying. Lastly Originality. Be yourself. It’s okay to be inspired by other artists but don’t pretend to be them.

Alright so to wrap up, who deserves credit for helping you overcome challenges or build some of the essential skills you’ve needed?

Again My family. My fiance, my brothers, my sisters, and my parents. They’ve always helped me with anything I need and im so thankful for that. I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
