Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to SAHN HOVA. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

SAHN , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

I obtained my resilience from the strengthens and courage of elevating my mind. Prayer & God.

Helps To ahold of my course.

Including the helps of my Grandmother. And you wouldn’t think to believe me… actually having Lupus. It’s a battle. That keeps me ahold of my own boat. Making sure I’m ahold of myself if I float. It’s within my mental capacity.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

– An Artist you can look to fulfill your span of emotions while filtering through the struggles of what the world may introduce.

– But with the strength too always soldier through. His battles. He deals with the an autoimmune disease LUPUS.

SAHN HOVA we welcome you whom we introduce. An anchor of his City Jacksonville FL. From Duval County.

• HOVA say’s is proud of building a foundation around their own sound.

• SAHN as an Artist is versatile and offer’s a range of emotions.

He has 2 Albums representing his home. “3 AM N DA 904.” Arriving March 31st

And a special treat within the works but steamed forwarding April. After his March drop.

He also has a rising single. Taking ahold all the way from the BAY area. All the back home called “BIRD TALK.” Making headways and viral ability among all socials. Built risen from the word of mouths from the people, the ones who built SAHN HOVA.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The ability to listen. Taking ahold of my education. And focusing on Gods set mission.

I would tell anyone who has guidance around. And family who cares to give them a word of mouth. To listen to the wisdom. It will take you places. And if you have honorable parents. They’re always telling you the truth: trust in God & yourself.

Take time to settle with self to offer your mental capacity. And brain to reveal what’s looked at as shoveled.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?

I am facing LUPUS. An autoimmune disease, that is rare for men. But is frowned upon by others. Who don’t look to seek out information. It’s revealed to be impactful on Women.

It gives me an eye opener. On a battle and mentality. Of the course of what may seem overlooked. Yet frowned upon. I respect and commend the battles. We as humans have to face to keep ahold of our everyday fight.

And respecting, others who had to walk this march with me: I want to spread awareness on this sickness. Because it’s not forefront. And spoken upon more as a fellow Lupus Survivor. And rarity carrier of having it as a Male.

With the helps of keeping ahold of prayer. A routine of complying with self: and my grandmothers help. It sustains to make continuance of the journey.

Lupus will never be the end: and I as SAHN HOVA. Would like to always push being a Lupus Soldier.
