Deme, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

To be honest I’m not sure, my parents are both persistent & resilient. I’ve always had a burning desire to accomplish my goal once my mind was set. The desire to be great plays a major part

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I was born in Brooklyn, NY. As a Hip Hop fanatic & enthusiasts I decided to put my passion into building DagogetaTv, a Hip Hop media & Promotions platform. The platform showcases a variety of shows revolving around Hip Hop from Interviews, Hip Hop debate desk, Cyphers, Vinyl, album listenings,

The platform is to highlight artist that have established themselves & aspiring talent. I also host events, write for internet magazines. I get excitement from all tlmy endeavors as it allows me to meet like minded people who love this culture

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Understanding it’s business not personal
Execution is crucial
Determination

Experience with dealing in the industry will help with not taking it personal

Understanding what it takes to make your vision or goal come to life

Truthfully I don’t think determination can be taught. It’s in you or it’s not, you can be inspired
