We recently connected with Denaron Babineaux and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Denaron with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I think my work ethnic comes from being vey intrigued how people gravitate to music, and how music is created. It’s always been very interesting to me how music can be created in so many ways from different people, because different artists can approach a record totally different from the next artist. But not only that, it’s all about how the fans relate to the music. Its such a thrill to me.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Ima singer/Songwriter, and I think the special part of my career is life on the road. I definitely love meeting new people from different parts of the city Im in. I get so much love out on the road performing, and eating different foods, it’s very exciting. New things on the way for me, new single, new movies, and new T-shirt line.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
One of the quailties I have was always giving my best on stage for the people, I always try to give people an experience to remember. One of my skills is writing, I’ve always knew how write soon as I hear something that catches my ear, and I would always the people something they can relate to. One of my areas of knowledge was to invest in my craft strategically, You should always make sure you know where the money is being spent, when, where and why it’s being spent.
What is the number one obstacle or challenge you are currently facing and what are you doing to try to resolve or overcome this challenge?
One of the things in my field of work, is knowing how to make sure you are doctoring on your voice the correct way. As a singer, my vocals are the money maker. Keep myself in good shape, healthy, and vocal rest as much as needed is necessary. Hoarseness has been a big challenge in my career, Knowing how to treat you voice and/or avoid hoarseness, you have to protect daily.
