Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Lexi Karuzis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Lexi, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
Perspective has been my greatest source of resilience. Each challenge has become part of my foundation, not a reason to crumble. Being mindful of how quickly life moves keeps me grounded and fuels my passion to live with purpose.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Through my consulting business, Augti Media, I provide services in website design and development, social media management, digital marketing campaigns, brand identity, promotional materials, business development, and project management.
What drives me is creating solutions that spark real impact. Whether it’s designing a brand strategy, managing digital content, or launching a new product, I take a personalized approach to help businesses and entrepreneurs thrive in the digital space.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is the constant learning. Every client brings a new industry, a fresh perspective, and an opportunity to grow. I’m grateful to collaborate with some of the most inspiring leaders I’ve met, and I find a lot of joy in helping them bring their vision to life through creativity, strategy, and connection.
I’m based in Nashville, TN, and available for work.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The 3 Most Impactful Qualities That Have Shaped My Journey
1. Be realistic, but unapologetically persistent. Take feedback, stay grounded in reality, but don’t let others poke holes in your vision. If it matters to you, do everything in your power to make it happen. No one will fight for your dream harder than you.
2. Fake it until you make it. There will be moments when you feel underqualified or unsure. That’s normal. Show up anyway. Smile, stay curious, and keep moving forward. Most people are figuring things out as they go—don’t let fear hold you back.
3. Connect With Everyone. Treat every encounter as an opportunity. I’ve met some of the most valuable business contacts while bartending—connections can come from anywhere. Relationships are the key to building a successful business.
Tell us what your ideal client would be like?
My ideal client is someone who understands the value of strategic media support and respects the creativity, time, and coordination it takes to bring a vision to life. I’m most aligned with project-based work in industries I’m passionate about—music, hospitality, fitness, beauty, animals. I thrive when collaborating with driven, experienced leaders who need a thoughtful, reliable partner to help manage launches, events, branding, or digital strategy.
