Alden, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I develop my confidence and self-esteem by staying motivated, growing my business, and getting positive feedback from clients. My company is 15 years old now, and I have learned a lot along the way. My confidence comes from experience and the knowledge that I deliver a great product that people need. Even if I lose out on a job, I now know that doesn’t mean I am a failure – it just means another opportunity will come along. My self-esteem comes from working hard, involving myself in my business and other great causes, and the knowledge that I have value to offer.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
Tower 3 Productions is a full-service video production company based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We specialize in recording and producing captivating video content and aerial drone videography with the latest technology. We create video content for various clients, including the Wyoming energy sector, Wyoming non-profits, large-scale commercial construction, corporate & business profiles, real estate, events, and weddings.
We offer many other services such as location scouting, stock footage, and production support. There is no job too big for Tower 3, and we have filmed worldwide. We love our clients, and many of them have been with us for many years.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The three qualities that were most impactful in Building Tower 3 Productions are:
– Having confidence that if you produce good work and market your services, you will get clients.
– Hiring a great team to support your vision and help implement it on a daily basis.
– Staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry updates and progression.
Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?
The ideal client for Tower 3 Productions is someone with a vision. We love working with clients who come to us with an idea or inspiration. While we also love starting from scratch and helping clients craft their aesthetic, it is incredible when they have thoughts about what they want to convey. Video content is very subjective, and we are careful to walk the line between what we think would be best and what the client is trying to convey. This ends up being a great collaboration, and seeing a client happy with the final product is what it is all about.
