Meet Tj Banks

We were lucky to catch up with Tj Banks recently and have shared our conversation below.

Tj, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.

I feel like I gained my confidence naturally. I saw the way I’m able to captivate a room by being myself and it made me feel like I had a sense of purpose which ultimately boosted my self esteem.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I make music & I also shoot videos. I feel like the most exciting thing about my craft is the fact that i’m able to express my thoughts and show my creativity to the masses while having fun.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I feel like the things that impacted my journey the most was the ability to convert negative experiences into art , willingness to accept guidance & also being open to venture out into unfamiliar territory for inspiration.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?

The number one obstacle I face is self doubt. I’m overcoming this obstacle by executing my plans without seeking any validation.
