We recently connected with Ashley Baldridge and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Answering this question come easy for me. I absolutely love Purpose! I have been dubbed as the #purposeJunky! What is this exactly? Well for me purpose is the passion that fuels my assignment, and gives me a sense of belonging. The road to purpose was not easy, and can I be honest you never reach the end of that journey in this lifetime because purpose evolves and with every twist and turn you will need to adjust. For me I found my purpose in what I considered to be my low place.

I struggled with identity and why; it took alot of soul searching, prayer and dedication but out of this I gained a hope and a voice to encourage others. As I would start to grow you can feel the confidence growing. Out of this my Radio Broadcast “The Live With Purpose Show” was birthed and again purpose is the passion that fuels your assignment. I have come to know that when you’re walking in purpose you have to move in a way that you aren’t questioning the step but you’re looking for the results. Through prayer – and staying focused each level helped me to step out of my comfort zone.

When you’re not fulfilling your purpose you aren’t living. You’re just existing and I am one that is a firm believer of living and soaring. My purpose is what is carrying me and my faith is the wind beneath my wings.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Purpose & Co. Ministries is the umbrella for all things purpose and even pretty. Within the brand you will find hope through the word of God, laughter through our love and sense of humor, and programming designed for the community. In finding my purpose and growing I was able to then take my ministry to the next level.

Ministry, passion, love, and faith is the fuel that keeps me going. May 25, 2024 I released my first project “The Sound of Intercession Vol. 1” and June 2025 I will be recording the second installment “The Sound of Intercession Vol 2. Hymns and Intercession”. I love prayer and believe that I have been graced to train the next generation of intercessors.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Three qualities that have been impactful for my journey would have to be resilience, dedication, patience.

I have truly learned how to adapt to any situation; worrying and carrying things that I can truly control. Learning how to be patient and working on settling your spirit. Shutting out the noise and allowing your world to get silent.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?

I can’t express this enough, my entire family and closest friends are a huge help in overcoming those difficult times in life. Often times you will feel discouraged about sharing your personal struggles. Having a strong support system even you begin to lose focus matters most.
