Meet Bianca Bee

We recently connected with Bianca Bee and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Bianca, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

Honestly, developing my confidence and self-esteem has been a journey—and it didn’t happen overnight. Coming from Detroit and then working in fast-paced cities like New York and LA, I was thrown into environments where I had to learn how to speak up, take up space, and not second-guess myself—even when I felt completely out of place.

One of my biggest insecurities was my accent. I used to get so in my head about how I sounded on camera, wondering if people would take me seriously. But instead of hiding, I leaned in. I started recording myself daily—talking to the camera, practicing my delivery, and getting comfortable with my own voice, literally. That habit changed everything.

Another big one for me is how I show up. When I dress up—even just a bold lip, a cute outfit, or doing my hair—I feel like the boss I know I am. Looking good helps me feel good, and that energy carries into everything I do.

At the end of the day, confidence is a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets. Now I know who I am, and I don’t shrink for anyone.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m Bianca Bee—a girl from Detroit who turned her love for media into a career working behind the scenes with some of the biggest names in entertainment. Over the past few years, I’ve produced and booked talent for shows and digital platforms, including the Nick Cannon Show, The Mel Robbins Show, and more. I’ve always been that behind-the-scenes force making sure talent is prepped, schedules are tight, and everything runs smoothly.

But my media journey didn’t start there. I also created The Bianca Bee Show, my very own talk show where I’ve interviewed influencers, entrepreneurs, and creatives—giving them a platform to share their stories authentically. Over the years, I’ve built a loyal audience across Instagram and YouTube by showing up as myself—sharing not just the highlights, but the hustle, the growth, and the mindset it takes to make it in this space.

What makes what I do exciting is that it blends creativity with strategy—I get to help shape powerful moments that connect with audiences, whether it’s a live event, a talent segment, or content that inspires someone to chase their dreams.

Right now, I’m stepping into a new season where I’m focused on building my personal brand and pouring into the next wave of talent. I’m working on something super close to my heart for aspiring on-camera personalities who want to go from posting online to actually landing paid media opportunities. I won’t say too much just yet—but if you’ve ever dreamed of turning your presence into profit, stay tuned. This next chapter is all about confidence, clarity, and getting paid to be you.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are pivoting, relationship-building, and confidence.

First, learning how to pivot has truly shaped my career. I’ve worked for many different networks, shows, and platforms—sometimes freelancing, sometimes full-time—and each opportunity required a new version of me. The industry moves fast, and being able to shift gears, wear different hats, and stay open to change is what kept me growing and booked. Pivoting isn’t a setback—it’s a strategy.

Second, relationship-building. This business is all about who knows you and who trusts you. I’ve built my reputation by being someone who follows through, communicates clearly, and shows up fully—whether I’m producing a segment or managing a talent schedule. When people enjoy working with you, they’ll keep calling you back.

And third, confidence. Working in media, especially on-camera or behind the scenes with high-level talent, you have to believe in yourself—even when you’re still figuring it out. Confidence doesn’t mean having all the answers; it means trusting yourself enough to show up anyway. For me, confidence grew every time I stepped into a new challenge and realized, “I can do this.”

My advice to anyone early in their journey: say yes to experiences that stretch you. Stay flexible, build real connections, and keep choosing confidence—even on the hard days. The more you show up, the more doors you’ll open.

Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?

In the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been prioritizing my inner peace and mental clarity—both personally and professionally. I started going to therapy consistently, which has helped me unpack limiting beliefs, set better boundaries, and navigate the pressure that comes with being in the media industry. It’s been a game-changer for how I show up in every area of my life.

I also fell in love with Pilates, which has been amazing not just for my body, but for my mindset. It’s taught me discipline, breathwork, and how to slow down while still pushing myself. That balance has really shifted the way I approach my goals.

Another major shift has been becoming more intentional with the information I consume. Whether it’s what I watch, who I follow, or what I listen to—I’m so much more aware of how those things affect my energy. Protecting my peace isn’t just a cute quote—it’s part of my growth strategy.

All of this combined has helped me become more grounded, focused, and aligned. I’m learning that success isn’t just about doing more—it’s about doing the right things with the right mindset.
