Meet Cinthia Jensen

We were lucky to catch up with Cinthia Jensen recently and have shared our conversation below.

Cinthia, thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?

As a mom, creator, and entrepreneur, I’ve learned that the only way to truly stay ahead especially when you’re the only one in the room is by staying grounded in routine. Every morning, I take a moment to reset. I write out my to-dos, get clear on my priorities, and map out my day with intention. I’ve found that structure isn’t limiting it gives me the freedom to focus on what actually matters. Success isn’t about being busy; it’s about being aligned. That’s how I protect my energy, honor my goals, and show up as the most powerful version of myself.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

My background in accounting taught me how to manage and budget money, but more than that, it gave me a solid foundation and structure for life. I’ve learned to pause and reflect before making my next move. That moment of stillness is where inspiration begins. Some of my best ideas come to me during walks without my phone or AirPods just me, my thoughts, and clarity. It’s in those quiet moments that I feel the most productive and creatively charged.

As an influencer and content creator, I’ve realized that growth comes from stepping outside of the norm and challenging myself to try something different. Every time I push harder and put more thought and effort into my work, I open the door to bigger opportunities collaborations with major brands that lead to even more connections and impactful experiences. Each partnership builds momentum, and with greater exposure comes greater growth. At the end of the day, the more I invest in my craft, the more I gain. It’s a win-win.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

If I had to name the three qualities that have most impacted my journey, they would be understanding, listening, and having the courage to take chances. I knew pursuing this path would affect my career as an accountant, my time with family, and require extra hours of hard work. But in the end, it became the best decision I’ve ever made. This was something I had always dreamed of doing, and if I hadn’t taken that leap, it could have become one of my biggest regrets.

For anyone in the early stages of building their career I want to say this: trust yourself. Believe that everything will unfold the way you envision it, as long as you’re willing to show up and do the work. It won’t be perfect. The road will be bumpy, and mistakes are inevitable. But every setback carries a lesson, and every challenge helps you grow stronger, smarter, and more prepared.

Growth doesn’t come from comfort it comes from the courage to keep going, to improve, and to evolve. And with every step, you uncover a more powerful version of yourself. That’s the real definition of success.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

Yes, I’m actively seeking partnerships and collaborations with both established brands and small businesses. I’m especially passionate about working with companies in fashion, beauty, footwear, lifestyle, fitness, children’s clothing, and home décor anything that aligns with my world and the community I’ve built.

As a content creator and UGC (User Generated Content) specialist, I focus on producing authentic, high-quality content that connects with real people. Whether it’s showcasing a new product, styling a look, or sharing a meaningful experience, my goal is to elevate brands through storytelling and creativity.

As a woman in business and a dedicated influencer, I’m here to amplify voices, highlight incredible products, and build strong, value-driven partnerships. If a brand is looking for someone who brings heart, hustle, and real impact I’m ready.
