Meet Vanessa Santillana

We were lucky to catch up with Vanessa Santillana recently and have shared our conversation below.

Vanessa, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

As La Biohacker Latina, I found mine when I got closer to God. In that stillness, in that sacred connection, I gained clarity—clarity about who I am and what I’m here to do.

My purpose is to help women transform their health and deepen their inner connection. I believe that true healing happens when we align the body, mind, and spirit. That’s where the magic begins. That’s where we rise.

I’m here to guide women to biohack not just their bodies, but their souls—so they can reclaim their energy, their faith, and their power.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I created the Superwoman Protocol for entrepreneurial women who are operating under high stress—and paying the price with their health, emotional well-being, and relationships.

After years of personal experience and mentoring women, I saw a clear pattern: chronic stress is at the root of it all—burnout, hormone imbalances, poor sleep, brain fog, emotional disconnection, low energy, and even strained relationships with loved ones and with God.

The Superwoman Protocol™ is a 6-week, science-backed mentorship program designed to help high-achieving women break free from survival mode and finally feel in control of their body, mind, and spirit again.

This isn’t just information—it’s transformation through mentorship, accountability, and faith-led structure.

Over 6 weeks, women will:
Reset their nervous system using evidence-based practices to lower cortisol, restore energy, and regulate emotions

Balance hormones and increase energy naturally through cycle-based nutrition, blood sugar support, and sleep optimization

Rebuild mental clarity and focus through simple, sustainable daily habits backed by science

Reclaim their identity and peace by learning how to reconnect with God through daily spiritual alignment practices

Develop emotional resilience and self-trust, so they can show up fully—in business, relationships, and life

I mentor women through this process personally because I believe in deep, transformational guidance—not just surface-level coaching.

This program is for the faith-driven woman who’s done hustling at the cost of her health and soul—and is ready to rise into her Superwoman energy, grounded in data, discipline, and divine alignment.

If you’re ready to feel like yourself again—strong, clear, and connected—this is where it starts.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Resilience:
As an entrepreneur and mentor, I’ve faced burnout, setbacks, and moments of deep uncertainty. But resilience kept me grounded. It taught me to rise again, even when things felt heavy. True resilience comes when you understand that every challenge is shaping you into the woman you’re becoming.

Faith:
Faith is my foundation. It’s what gave me strength when everything else felt unstable. I always say: when you’re standing on the Rock, you don’t sink. No matter the situation, God will help you—if you believe it, declare it, and stay aligned with Him. His promises never fail, and I’ve seen that truth unfold in my own life over and over again.

Positive Mindset:
A positive mindset helped me reframe challenges as growth. It allowed me to see obstacles as opportunities and stay grounded in vision rather than fear. It’s not about pretending everything is perfect—it’s about choosing to show up with hope, strength, and faith, no matter what the outside circumstances look like.

These three qualities—resilience, faith, and mindset—didn’t just help me build a business. They helped me become the woman I was created to be. And now I help other women do the same.

“Living with a gratitude attitude” is the daily practice that ties it all together—reminding me to celebrate progress, embrace challenges, and trust the journey.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?

When I feel overwhelmed, the first thing I do is breathe deeply—7 slow inhales and exhales. This simple practice helps calm my nervous system and brings me back to the present moment.

If I have the chance, I go for a walk in nature. Being outside grounds me, clears my mind, and helps me gain perspective away from the noise.

If I can’t get outside, I close my eyes and listen to worship music. This always shifts my energy, quiets my worry, and helps me see the situation with more clarity.

When I’m faced with a hard decision, these practices help me pause, reset, and approach the challenge from a place of calm and faith rather than fear.
