Meet Sydney Alexis

We were lucky to catch up with Sydney Alexis recently and have shared our conversation below.

Sydney, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

I found my purpose through combination of self- discovery, reflection and exploration. My journey started with understanding my values, passions, and what truly brings me joy. Also, engaging in spiritual practices, such as prayer, meditation, mindfulness and connecting with nature.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Sheva Tea is a brand that embodies the essence of connection, wellness and mindfulness. My story began with a deep appreciation for the cultural of spirituality. My belief in a higher power inspired my success with Sheva Tea.

The name Sheva means seven in Hebrew, often symbolizes completeness and balance, reflecting the brand’s mission to promote holistic well-being. The tea features 50 herbal ingredients. The number 50 represents a journey of self- discovery and spiritual growth, emphasizing the fusion of body, soul, mind and spirit.

However, all this ancient knowledge connected to Sheva Tea was discovered after the creation was made. Therefore, I knew I was connected to the source and was being led by a higher power bigger than me.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The great qualities and skills that were huge impact on my life is recognizing my intuition and knowing when I am being led by the Holy Spirit. Also, perfecting the inner knowing that transcends logical reasoning and provides guidance or insight.

The best advise I can give to others on their journey is cultivating self-awareness, practicing presence (enjoying every moment in life good or bad). Lastly, learning to trust your intuition.

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?

Traveling all over the world connecting with others and sharing my experiences of my journey.
