Brent, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
My faith in God has been the foundation through it all. In moments of doubt or uncertainty, I’ve leaned on prayer and the belief that I was being guided toward something greater than myself.
Finding my purpose wasn’t a necessarily a single moment, More so it was a series of setbacks, challenges, and leaps of faith. I began my career as a videographer, capturing stories through a lens, but it was during the stillness of the COVID-19 lockdown that I was able to pause and reflect. In that time, Real Estate peaked my interest — not just as a business, but as a way to create, design, and transform spaces that could impact lives.
What started as curiosity became a calling.
Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I’m a Real Estate Investor and Developer based in Houston, and through my brand, I focus on building and transforming homes that feel both luxury and personal. What excites me most is the creative process — taking a vision that lives in my mind and turning it into a space that families will one day call home. There’s something deeply rewarding about watching an idea become a structure, then a home.
My work blends design, storytelling, and strategy. With my background in videography, I document the journey of each project on my platform BrentFlips on Youtube, sharing not just the wins, but also the lessons behind the scenes. I think that transparency is what makes the brand special — it’s not just about selling luxury homes, it’s about showing people what it takes to build them.
What’s new and energizing right now is my push into creating more cinematic, story-driven content — not just for entertainment, but to inspire others who want to get into real estate, especially those who never thought they could. At the core of everything I do is a desire to build with purpose.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Three qualities that shaped my journey are vision, resilience, and resourcefulness.
Vision gave me direction — the ability to see potential where others might not. I developed it by staying curious and constantly imagining how things could be, not just how they are.
Resilience helped me push through the tough moments — failed deals, delays, doubt. I leaned on my faith and learned to see setbacks as setups for something greater.
Resourcefulness was key. I didn’t have a roadmap, so I taught myself, asked questions, and made the most of every opportunity in front of me.
For anyone just starting out: trust your vision, stay grounded through the ups and downs, and don’t be afraid to figure things out as you go. That’s where the real growth happens.

Yes — I’m currently looking to connect with two types of partners. First, I’m in the early stages of launching a capital fund to scale high-return real estate projects across Texas and beyond. I’m looking to collaborate with accredited investors, family offices, or everyday people who are looking into getting into Real Estate through strategic Investments.
Second, I’m expanding the @BrentFlips media brand — and I’m open to partnering with creators, producers, and platforms that align with the vision of bringing cinematic, real estate-focused storytelling to a broader audience.
