We recently connected with Kaylee Bergh and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Kaylee with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
I’ve always been a hard worker. My whole family are like that so I would say I get it from them. I believe that with hard work comes reward. It not only feels good to be working hard but you may get praised for it. I work a full time job while also going out on weekends to parks to capture my photography.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I really enjoy taking pictures and videos. Ever since I was a kid I loved capturing all the moments of my life. I really got into it when I was a teenager going into adulthood. I love to go hiking at different parks and capture nature. For social media I like to create lifestyle content. It’s a fun hobby for me. I have a YouTube channel, tik tok and Instagram that I try to post frequently on.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
The most impactful skills that I have that helped me in my journey would be how hard working, resilient, and passionate I am. Advice that I would give you would be to do what you’re passionate about and to never give up on your dreams. You have to push through the hard moments and appreciate the great moments in your journey.
Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?
My best friend Lizzy. She pushes me to become a better photographer & gets me out going to different parks with her. She shares her knowledge about parks & photography with me that helps me be successful.
