Meet RAEANNE

We were lucky to catch up with RAEANNE recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi RAEANNE, thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.

Interestingly, my optimism didn’t come naturally. It was built by choice, not by default. According to the science of the happiness set point, every person has a natural baseline for happiness, and mine started on the lower end of the spectrum. I wasn’t someone who naturally woke up feeling positive or enthusiastic about life. But over time, through hard life lessons, I realized that staying negative or pessimistic was costing me joy, opportunity, and connection—and I decided I wasn’t willing to tolerate that anymore.

So I made the conscious decision to build the muscle of optimism. I committed to mindset work, emotional intelligence practices, and reprogramming my thoughts so I could shift how I felt—and ultimately, how I showed up in the world.

One of the biggest turning points for me was learning about the law of correspondence and mirroring: the idea that our external reality reflects our internal state. If I wanted a more abundant, joyful, and successful life on the outside, I needed to change what was happening on the inside. This principle became a cornerstone for both my personal transformation and my career. I’ve built my entire life, my coaching practice, and my business success on that simple truth: when you shift your inner world, your outer world shifts to meet you.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I help entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-achieving professionals clear the inner blocks that keep them from realizing their highest potential, so they can build businesses and lives that are not only successful but deeply fulfilling, sustainable, and aligned with their true selves. My work uniquely bridges high-performance business strategy with mindset mastery, emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, and energy work to help clients integrate their ambition with their well-being and wholeness.

What makes my approach special is that it blends the best of many disciplines. I’m a trained and licensed mental health professional, a Reiki Master, a certified holistic business coach, and a two-time #1 best-selling author. My first book, Cracking the Rich Code, was endorsed by Tony Robbins, and my latest solo-authored book, The Integrated Entrepreneur, distills my signature method for building a business that honors both soul and strategy.

What excites me most is watching clients realize they no longer have to choose between success and inner peace or between ambition and integrity. You can create wealth, impact, and growth while staying grounded, connected, and fully alive. Everything I offer, from private coaching and group programs to retreats and corporate training, is built on the principle that when you shift your inner world, your outer results transform to match.

I’m also a mother of three, so I deeply understand the dance between building a meaningful career and living a joyful, present family life. My mission is to help others design their version of ‘having it all’ without the burnout or sacrifice that so many assume is required.

Right now, my brand is expanding to reach more leaders and organizations who are ready for this integrated, aligned way of working and living. Whether through my new Train the Trainer certification program or upcoming retreats, I’m committed to growing this movement of entrepreneurs and visionaries who thrive from the inside out.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three qualities and areas of knowledge have been the most impactful in shaping my journey: being an empath, being a trained mental health therapist, and being a Reiki Master.

First, my empathy allows me to deeply feel and sense what’s happening beneath the surface for my clients, not just what they say, but what they mean, what they fear, what they long for. It’s given me the ability to hold safe, transformative space where people can be fully seen and heard.

Second, my background as a licensed mental health therapist trained me to listen, not just to words, but to patterns, beliefs, and emotions that drive behavior. This skill has been invaluable in helping clients uncover the unconscious blocks and internal conflicts that sabotage their success.

Third, becoming a Reiki Master expanded my ability to work at the energetic level, not just the mindset or strategy level. While surface-level business strategy is absolutely important (and a skill I also bring to the table), true, lasting transformation happens when you address the deeper layers of energy, belief, and nervous system regulation. This integrative approach is what allows clients to create results that actually stick.

For those early in their journey, my advice is to do the inner work as much as the outer work. Develop self-awareness. Learn to listen deeply, not just to others, but to yourself. Get support in clearing the limiting beliefs, energetic patterns, or old wounds that could sabotage your growth later. When you combine a strong inner foundation with strategy and skill, you become truly unstoppable.

What do you do when you feel overwhelmed? Any advice or strategies?

Supporting people through overwhelm is actually one of my favorite parts of the work I do. I truly believe that there are thousands (if not millions!) of ways to regulate the nervous system, manage stress, and move through overwhelm. And the beautiful part? We get to figure out what works for us personally. Every human is wired differently, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. What works for you in one season of life or one type of overwhelm might not work in another; and that’s okay. Part of the journey is tuning in and discovering what you need in this moment.

A huge part of my role is helping people explore a ‘buffet’ of tools, techniques, and energetic strategies to discover what helps them feel grounded, safe, and clear, right now. Some of my favorite go-to practices include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and my own trademarked method called STEAR Clear and Anchor. When paired together, they allow us to create a custom tapping script that helps people discharge overwhelm directly from the body, rewire their thoughts, and reconnect with clarity and power.

Most of my high-performing entrepreneur clients love this combination because it’s not only deeply effective, it’s also efficient and transformational. It allows them to keep moving forward without bypassing the emotional or energetic layers that are calling for attention. The key is to remember: overwhelm isn’t a flaw; it’s a signal. And when we have the right tools, we can respond to that signal with presence, power, and compassion.
