Meet Mira Victor

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Mira Victor a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Mira , so excited to have you with us today. So much we can chat about, but one of the questions we are most interested in is how you have managed to keep your creativity alive.

We all know that staying in a creative mindset can be incredibly challenging — it’s not always easy. But I truly feel that God is holding my hand and walking me through each day, guiding me step by step.
especially during the making of my film “40 Days”. What kept my creativity alive was staying deeply connected to real human stories. I imagine pain or hope — I lived it, I saw it, and I listened. The people whose voices often go unheard inspired me.
Their strength, struggles, and silent dreams lit a fire in me.
I also give myself permission to feel everything. The joy, the sadness, the love etc

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m an Egyptian-born storyteller and host of “Ask Mira” on Csat TV, living in California for over 20 years. I always put people first and myself last, believing that when you give from the heart, heaven gives back in ways you never expect. My work is rooted in faith, service, and a deep love for community

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

1- Emotional and social Intelligence. I respect people and always left them up and that’s the key.
2- Faith-Driven / very attached to my roots, giving with no expectations and I know blessings will follow.
3- storytelling with purpose: Currently my main goal is to turn the real life pain and hope to powerful stories- and to teach ourself how to always keep optimistic.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

You might be surrounded by people, with many hands trying to lift you up — and yet still feel like a stranger, completely alone when the real challenges come. I’ve faced both: moments of support and moments of deep isolation. But through it all, my eyes and my heart have stayed focused on one unlimited source of power — the Lord Jesus. He is the only one who has never left me alone. His presence, strength, and grace have carried me through every obstacle and shaped the person I’ve become.
