We recently connected with Dynalee Santos and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Dynalee , appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I get my resilience from the people in my life and my own experiences. I’ve learned that challenges don’t define me—they shape me. Every setback I’ve faced has taught me how to stand taller, stay grounded, and keep going with even more purpose. I remind myself that growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones, and that keeps me pushing forward.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
My cosmetic brand DynaaBeauty was created to empower women to feel confident, radiant, and unapologetically themselves. What I love most about this journey is seeing a customer’s face light up when they discover a product that truly works for them—whether it’s our bestselling lip oils or our creamy lip liners.
As a mom, resilience is second nature. Between daily mommy duties and managing product launches, I’ve learned to pivot on the fly and turn challenges into creative solutions. Being a parent fuels my passion to build a brand that not only makes women look good, but also feel supported—like a beauty best friend.
What’s New for DynaaBeauty is that we are currently working on hosting our first-ever beauty event this Summer in Miami, where guests will enjoy beauty activations, VIP goodie bags packed with summer-ready goodies and New Launching products.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Resilience has been everything. As a mom and business owner, there are constant challenges—from balancing family life to navigating setbacks in product development or marketing. Resilience helped me keep showing up, even when things felt overwhelming.
Creativity has fueled the heart of DynaaBeauty. From product design to branding to creating content, thinking outside the box has allowed my brand to stand out in a saturated industry. Being creative isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about problem-solving with a fresh perspective.
Consistency is what turned my ideas into results. Whether it’s staying active on social media, building customer trust, or continuously improving products, showing up consistently—even when motivation fades—is what builds real momentum.
My advice for anyone starting their journey is:
Build resilience by accepting that mistakes and failures are part of growth. Learn from them, but don’t let them stop you.
Nurture creativity by staying curious—explore trends, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to try something new.
And most importantly, be consistent. Progress doesn’t always come fast, but staying the course will set you apart in the long run.
Entrepreneurship is a journey, not a race—so give yourself grace, stay passionate, and keep pushing forward.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?
Over the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been having the courage to completely rebrand DynaaBeauty and start fresh.
It wasn’t an easy decision—rebranding meant letting go of what I had already built and stepping into the unknown with a new vision. But it also meant realigning my brand with my purpose, elevating the customer experience, and being more intentional about everything from packaging to product quality to content.
This experience pushed me to grow not just as a business owner, but as a creative and a leader. I’ve become more confident in my voice, more connected to my community, and more excited about where DynaaBeauty is headed.
Starting over taught me that growth sometimes means letting go—and that it’s never too late to evolve into something greater.
