We were lucky to catch up with Diana Suarez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Diana, so glad you were able to set aside some time for us today. We’ve always admired not just your journey and success, but also the seemingly high levels of self-discipline that you seem to have mastered and so maybe we can start by chatting about how you developed it or where it comes from?
To be honest , I have not idea . I have always been a very passionate person for the things I do, and I always seek to give my best, I set goals and I go for it until I achieve it.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
My name is Díana Suárez, on social media Díana D’ Moussa. I currently live in Michigan but I come from Venezuela.
I am a bodybuilding athlete, sponsoring by kaged muscle. I did boxing for 2 years, I have a certification as a personal trainer and boxing coach.
I am currently preparing to go to my first bodybuilding show, it will be on August 12th and my next show will be on August 19th.
I work on social media, posting what I do, my workouts, my diet and much of my life and I create content for brands such as gymshark, Gymreapers , kaged and more and I work for many Amazon brands as well.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Determination, discipline and constant.
In everything you do, it doesn’t matter what … always be disciplined and constant , that’s what will lead you to success, to see results to achieve your goals
All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?
I think An injury that I have in my shoulder and an injury in my ankle because of a traffic accident. I was without being able to workout for more than 8 months, the pain was very strong at that time that I could not sleep for months, it is still very difficult for me to sleep because I still have the pain but not as strong as before, the ankle only hurts when I do a lot of cardio and inclined walks, I was 2 months without being able to walk and I couldn’t move my foot so I had to use crutches and go therapy for months to be able to walk again.
