Meet Jeffrey Quizhpi

We recently connected with Jeffrey Quizhpi and have shared our conversation below.

Jeffrey, so many exciting things to discuss, we can’t wait. Thanks for joining us and we appreciate you sharing your wisdom with our readers. So, maybe we can start by discussing optimism and where your optimism comes from?

My optimism comes from a belief that challenges no matter how tough always carry the potential for growth. I don’t ignore reality or pretend things are easy, but I’ve learned to look for the possibility within the problem. Even in uncertainty, there’s a chance to learn, pivot, or come out stronger.

What makes me optimistic is the way I’ve seen myself adapt over time. I’ve overcome obstacles, made progress, and figured things out when I didn’t have all the answers. That history gives me confidence not that everything will be perfect, but that I’ll handle whatever comes next.

I also tend to believe in people. When you surround yourself with good energy, shared goals, and genuine effort, it’s hard not to feel hopeful about what’s possible. Even setbacks can become steps forward if you’re looking at them through the right lens

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?

I’m the Director of Sales at TX Locating, based in San Antonio, Texas, and I’m also licensed in New Jersey. I help people find more than just a place to live. I help them find a home that fits their life, goals, and future. Whether someone is renting, buying, or investing, my focus is on making the process smooth, empowering, and stress free.

What makes this work special to me is how personal it is. I’ve had some horrible experiences buying my own homes. Situations where I felt completely unsupported and lost. Those moments left a mark and they’re the reason I do what I do today. No one should ever feel that way during such an important decision. My goal is to make sure every client feels informed, confident, and genuinely cared for.

Our approach is different because we lead with honesty, hustle, and education. I want people to not only get the home they want but to understand the process and feel great about the outcome. We’re growing quickly, expanding our reach in both Texas and New Jersey, building new partnerships, and using tools that make the entire experience more efficient and client friendly.

What I’m most proud of is the culture we’re building. One that’s collaborative, people first, and focused on long term relationships, not just transactions. Real estate has given me a platform to create impact and that’s what keeps me inspired every day.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, three qualities that have been most impactful in my journey are resilience, empathy, and continuous learning.

Resilience has been key because real estate, like many industries, has its ups and downs. There are deals that don’t go as planned and challenges that test your patience and determination. Staying focused and bouncing back from setbacks helped me grow stronger and keep moving forward.

Empathy is another essential quality. Understanding what clients are truly feeling and experiencing allows me to connect with them on a deeper level. Real estate decisions are often emotional and life-changing, so being able to listen, support, and guide with genuine care makes a huge difference.

Finally, continuous learning has kept me sharp and adaptable. Markets change, technology evolves, and client needs shift. I make it a priority to stay informed, seek new skills, and be open to feedback. This mindset has helped me innovate and stay ahead.

For those early in their journey, my advice is to embrace challenges as opportunities to build resilience don’t be discouraged by setbacks. Cultivate empathy by really listening and putting yourself in others’ shoes, especially clients and colleagues. And commit to lifelong learning: read, ask questions, find mentors, and never stop growing. These qualities don’t develop overnight, but with intention and effort, they become powerful tools for success.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes, I’m always open to partnering and collaborating with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to integrity, innovation, and delivering exceptional value. I’m especially interested in connecting with real estate agents, property managers, developers, and technology providers who are passionate about improving the client experience and expanding opportunities in both Texas and New Jersey markets.

Whether it’s exploring new business ventures, sharing insights, or creating partnerships that benefit our clients, I believe collaboration drives growth and positive change.

If you’re interested in connecting or exploring ways we might work together, please feel free to reach out to me directly through my website or LinkedIn. I welcome conversations with anyone who shares a vision of elevating the real estate industry and putting people first.
