We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tiffany Ahuna. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tiffany below.

Hi Tiffany, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
Finding my purpose definitely took awhile! I always knew I wanted to make peoples’ lives better & make a positive impact. Just wasn’t initially sure how. I started off in franchising. I was a “business matchmaker”. I helped individuals start & fund a business. My mindset was, if I can help people become business owners, they will be in a position to create unlimited income & provide jobs for others, making their lives & communities better.

I started off helping men & women start businesses, as well as coach them. As I was doing this, I was also passionate about empowering women. I want all women to know & see that they are a QUEEN, simply because they are God’s daughter. I am eager for women to eliminate their insecurities & discover their best selves. Over a decade ago, I create a “Love & Like Yourself” Worksheet. I thought I would use it with my Bible study group & eventually do workshops for women.

In 2018, I decided to focus solely on coaching female entrepreneurs. When Covid hit, God asked me to teach women how to find their identity in Christ & run Christ-centered businesses. This led me to create the “Love & Like Yourself” Journal (which came from my worksheet). I recognized then, that my purpose is to unleash women in business ownership. I am the perfect balance between a life & business coach, partnering with women to thrive personally & professionally. It’s a calling/purpose I am so blessed & honored to have.

To sum it up, I found my purpose through studying the Bible & seeking God. Over the last 14 years, it has definitely evolved. It actually becomes clearer & clearer, as I heal from my past, forgive myself, find my identity in Christ & let Him lead. My purpose is to help other women do the same!

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?
I am The BossBabe4Christ Specialist at SGI Business Solutions, LLC. I partner with female business owners to START, GROW & IMPROVE through our BossBabe4Christ 7-Month Coaching Program. What’s special about SGI is our one-of-a-kind business tools & system & the ability to create an environment where women feel safe to be vulnerable & step into their best selves. Everything we do is focused on God. SGI leverages God’s wisdom to transform women professionally & personally.

The most exciting part of the BossBabe4Christ Coaching Program is when a client has their “ah ha moment”. This is the moment where they are UNLEASHED by gaining clarity on what God’s “Big Vision” is for their life. Our clients get excited about their future & feel confident about who they are. It is my favorite moment to witness & never gets old.

What’s unique about the coaching I do, is it’s very personal & diverse. I am helping women build an intimate relationship with God, lose weight, declutter, establish healthy habits, repair relationships, parent, establish a brand, market, advertise, social media, time management, strategic plan, create systems, manage money, get organized, build wealth & more. There is no one doing, what I do. I love how God is using me to impact women in such a positive & powerful way.

I’m excited to share with you that all women can be UNLEASHED in business ownership with the Love & Like Yourself Journal. This workbook walks women through a series of questions that help women LOVE & LIKE themselves PHYSICALLY,MENTALLY, SPIRITUALLY, EMOTIONALLY & FINANCIALLY. There are exercises to HEAL from your past, FORGIVE yourself, identify your SPIRITUAL GIFT – CALLING & gain clarity on God’s “BIG VISION” for your life. There is also a section for you to identify the habits/steps to becoming “You 10.0” (which is you feeling like a 10/10 in all the categories mentioned earlier) & execute God’s “Big Vision. The LLY Journal is now available through several retailers such as Amazon, at Barnes & Noble, Logo’s Bookstore Hawai’i & more. It is also available for wholesale through Ingram Sparks. Link available upon request.

By the end of 2025 I will be launching a new business called EcoBoushie. It’s a line of business products that support women running Christ-centered businesses. We will be launching EcoBoushie with a Daily & Strategic Planners. Stay tuned!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Gosh, there are so many things that were impactful in my journey!! The top 3 things that have been most impactful in my journey are God, mindset & the discipline to be consistent with doing the work.

God – when I understood that God hand-picked me for business ownership & it is a calling, honor & responsibility, I approached business ownership with a differently. I started reading the Bible daily. I treated God as my CEO & co-founder. I surrendered the control & responsibility of my business to God. I planned with God. I prayed about every decision I made. I set goals with God. My philosophy is God is clear & simple. His desire is for you to thrive in business ownership. Therefore all we need to do is seek Him for the direction/steps & be obedient to follow. This is easier said than done & it’s always a work in progress for me, but as I get better at it, so do my results. It’s comforting & exciting to know that doing business with God is simple & clear. I do my best to emulate that in every aspect of my business.

Mindset – Your mindset consists of 3 things. The attitude of your mind, your intellect & your outlook of the future. How you think will dictate how well you do in business. Perseverance is crucial in business ownership. You have to understand that being a business owner is really being a “professional problem solver”. From day one, I approached business ownership with the mindset that I will never give up; I will always figure it out. I’m naturally a positive person, so having a positive attitude is easy for me. What I had to learn was how to be a visionary by visualizing an amazing future & becoming an expert. My motto is “How do you make it work?” This is the question I ask God all day, everyday. When you have the right mindset, you are UNSTOPPABLE!

Discipline & Consistency – Discipline is doing what you need to do regardless of how you’re feeling. To run a successful business you need to be disciplined & consistent with habits that get your business the results you want. This includes & is not limited to lead generating, marketing, advertising, admin, learning, organizing, money management, wealth building, hiring, efficiencies, planning, etc. To be successful takes work! Make sure you are disciplined to do the work consistently by creating an efficient & effective system. Then be disciplined & consistent with following that system.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am looking to collaborate with individuals or organizations that are hosting events to empower & support female business owners. This can be an intimate Bible study, workshop, event, launch party, podcast, panel discussion or feature. I would love to have the Love & Like Yourself Journal in the hands of as many women as possible. It’s the perfect gift, tool or swag bag item. Wholesale pricing available. Please email [email protected] to connect & brainstorm how we can impact women in a positive, God-honoring way.
