We were lucky to catch up with Laron Louis recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Laron, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
I started the company making living off of a full time/part time job in the summer making STEM/STEAM Curriculm teaching all classes on weekdays and weekends for $12/hr.
Founded, in 2019 The No Boundaries Academy LLC. was established. Just the year before I was teaching primary school. The year 2019 I served as a Eagle Robotics Academy Summer Camp and Day care. When school started we grew so fast attending convetions that we ready for after school programming teaching and empowering and motivating young engineers.
Through hard work less than five years later have earned and grossed up to +50k. It was a slugish start with hurdles but the journey has been worth it.
Post-CoVid 2020 slowed me the next summer but threw perservance comes growth, the New Robotics company was still growing, changing countys from Orange County to Osceola County. You know if your company is going some where if you grow wheels and have to move. After the pandemic The No Boundaries Initiative Changed from just building Robots to programming and coding robots. By 2021 over 100 students and families had robots from No Boundaires Academy. A Few Students even created games from scratch learning game design princples. Teaching
After 5 and a half public service projects in the community, Robotics has has taught me, You only have to succed once so love the process. Didnt really know what I was doing at first But i tried until I couldn’t fail. Being a developer, programmer, and coder in a fast moving industry has taught me to Master the challenges of the future. There are alot of complexities in life and set backs happen but for true wins you have to have dedication for days, weeks and year. Robotics and life are almost the same to build, you have to use your vision. Alot of people dont take risks, when the reward is to risk is success. The true Elements of success are with in everyone of us.
No Boundaries Academy has the potential to grow as a Fortune 500 company one day but until as the Indepedent CEO of No Boundaries I hope to excel at the new heights of tommorrows.
2023, The Collegeic National Society of Leadership and Success accredited One of my Tech Project to build a Sreaming app. Learning tools and skills that are necessential to an Executive Career, coming from a corporate career was a monumental step as a Small Business Manager/Entrepreneur.
As No Boundaries continues to transform as a company I hope to start more even more Civil Engineering and Robotics projects to fufil needs and gaps between technology and people.
Taking a step into 2025 i hope to incorporate smart functions and interactions to the project that are extended into reality-virtual reality.
I founded Lyttie Telecommunications in 2022 the year after Co-Vid in 2025 it has grown from a 300 user blog, with a small Community of enterpreneurs on a webpage to a SMART APP with over 5000 total users/vistors.
After 4 prototypes Lyttie Telecommunications will release is Beta Demo app in the the Betaverse. Connecting with and Branding with Brands/Business in the Orlando/Kissimmee Greater area. Project SMART and The Smart App has been my largest implemented project to date. Prototests and demos have had appraised reviews from users and we are breaking new boundaries everyday. With the incorporation of ideals of Web3, Metaverse and Cybersecurity The Lyttie Networking will be the future of STREAM Networking.
Lyttie Telecommunications has made imporvement and gains in designs and engineering social intergration with intuitive design and connectivity. as 2025 starts off As a CEO im visioning to complete The Robotics Intellegence Project SMART and move on to Project AIQ a metaverse technology project shifting from global broadband to mixed reality engineering the next states of technological evolution. Lyttie didnt start off as a Meta/Metaverse App but with Project AIQ it will even if it might take a whole nother year. Lyttie Networks will be launching the two year product app this year.
Working on a SMART Machine has been alot of work. As No Boundaries Academy continues to work on SMART Tech Projects building expert systems I hope to make Orlando full of Robotics products as i started in the founding years. My biggest goal this year is making The community of Orlando a Smart City interconnecting businesses and the community at large, connecting people things and places through technology. After recieving Certification for Green Enviorment and Green Energy, No Boundaries Academy will make a pledge to improve the geosystem/ecosystem of Orlando with the Smart App. A Circular Economy and reducing carbon footprints and agriculture of Orlando was never on my mind but as Lyttie Networking grows I know No Boundaries is the limit. Hopefully, though anything but locally, No Boundaries can become a company that transcedes the next generation of Florida and grows from a local level to a multinational level through globalization.

Lyttie Networking Enterprise started off as a small telecommunication tech company. Integrations with Robotics technologies have made impacts and created a more innovated product and transformed into more of a Smart Product and Smart Company.
Cultural engineering and enhancing urban area is a primary focus currently for Lyttie Networking. Project #AIQ will integrated digital infrastructures with civil society and civil engineering allowing cross cultural evolution beyond Artificial Intelligence.
Project #Cloud will be another counter-culture project. Project #Cloud will integrated evolutional engineering with culture and the real world. Culture is constructed maintained and re[produced] by people. Culture cannot be separated from the social as an independent system. Project #Cloud will be a branch of the Robotics Intelligence Project #AIQ and #Smart. Cloud streaming is a more immersive technology. Robots and Collaborative Robots are not a Science Fiction as were for decades by creation. Robots and Adaptive Robotics are real tools to advance productivity. Project #Cloud will use different types of robots and robotics in the fields of industrial robotics, medical robotics, consumer robotics, entertainment robotics, service robotics, military robotics, and aerospace robotics.
Project #Cloud has Certifications for Sustainability and the Community. A Smart City would be against the grain, Project #Cloud will not be another Robotics project but an urbanization of technology. Lyttie has humble foundation in telecommunications and hopes to continue to grow as a Global Network. Cloud Designing an App was a great start to green initiatives the public service Project #Cloud has created alot of attention but sustainable marketing has helped Lyttie networking developed a Circular Economy of community of Entrepreneurship and E Commerce.
No Boundaries Academy LLC started late 2017 and Incorporated 2018. less than 5 years of self taught experience and professional development has made the dream come true. Their is a behavioral process to dreaming you seek a path and develop goals. Social Networking and Social Media Marketing were viable goals but No Boundaries Academy will continue sustainable marketing and environmental goal for positive environmental impact for people products and people services.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
As A Telecommunications start up company communications is the foundation to Lyttie Networking. Advanced telecommunications and advanced artificial intelegence has innovated Lyttie. Lyttie hopes to grow into a world of networks Project #Cloud will continue where Project #Smart left of connecting the mobile-app and social-app networks. I released The Lyttie App as a Smart application initially but by the end of the year i will increase connectivity and connectivism of the Lyttie Network so that it is more mobilized and has a strong mobile network system. I never really thought about a Smart City Design but prototyping and testing the new cloud designs have really created a more interdependent system.
Looking back over the past 12 months or so, what do you think has been your biggest area of improvement or growth?
Lyttie Networking will continue to digitization by creating more smart systems through cloud advancements, robotic advancements, and artificial intelligence advancements. We are currently building a Digital City right now. Instead of logging into social media you would be able to log into social events and social promotions. The streaming world is big right now and Lyttie Networking hopes to have more of a social intervention in the stream community. The Cloud App has been very successful so far and is still growing as technology has no limits. Smart Engineering has opened up a lot of more innovation for global connectivity for the Smart App, Lyttie. Lyttie is Currently a Cloud App but before product launch i hope it will be more a both a virtual experience and a social experience bridging the connection gap in current social media deisgn. Project #Cloud will provide broadband access to underserved areas in the world. Lyttie Networking is a Young Company but has been redefining its own culture. Its less about the application their are communities in areas too difficult and remote to reach or areas where delivering service with existing technology is too expensive. Project #Cloud will be an expansion project and Lyttie Networks hope to grow more nationally and internationally as a Smart Mobile Network. Project #Cloud is a Circle Economy to Global Green Design global call to action for Solopreneurs, We are all Entrepreneurs. Women and Minorities are predominantly Entrepreneurs. The mobile revolution project will provide more that 7 million people with mobile devices cloud streaming.
Social Intelligence is not necessarily a type of intelligence nor Artificial Intellegence. But AI and Social Artificial Intelligence will interconnect cities through metaverse intergrations and infrastructure. Content Creators and Entrepreneurs can evern create live streaming meta content.
