Meet SNØ BLVK

We were lucky to catch up with SNØ BLVK recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi SNØ, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

I developed my confidence and self-esteem by pivoting through many failures and overcoming things meant to destroy me.

I’ve overcome the stereotype of being a young mother, homelessness, divorce, etc. I remember even putting my business on pause while I tried to figure things out.

There has been many days when I felt like “Maybe this isn’t for me.” But I’m glad I don’t have those thoughts anymore because I know what I’m meant to do and who I’m called to be.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am a beautypreneur, coach, and creator who’s spent the last few years building a beauty empire rooted in authenticity, resilience, and community. I started with a passion for makeup and hair, posting content from my living room, and have since evolved into a published author, paid beauty educator, digital product creator, and now the founder of Code BLVK University — my proudest launch to date.

Code BLVK University is a digital learning platform designed specifically for beautypreneurs who are ready to monetize their skills, show up confidently online, and secure real opportunities like brand deals, digital sales, and paid speaking engagements.

It’s more than just a mentorship — it’s a movement built on my core values: Beauty, Luxury, Vision, and Knowledge. Whether you’re starting with a small audience or scaling your brand, CBU is where creative entrepreneurs become booked, branded, and banked up.

What makes this work so special to me is that I get to help women build something real — businesses that are scalable, digital-first, and aligned with their gifts. I’m not just teaching theory; I’ve lived this. I’ve grown my platforms across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, been featured in multiple magazines, hosted beauty workshops at colleges, and built multiple income streams through content and cosmetics and I teach others how to do the same inside CBU.

Right now, we’re celebrating open enrollment for Code BLVK University, a major milestone where new students can officially lock in and join our growing community. In addition to that, all of my beauty business ebooks are currently on sale, and we’re also preparing for future virtual content events, panels, and even in-person brunch-style workshops designed to help beauty professionals network and grow their brands.

If you’re a creative, a beauty lover, or someone who’s been waiting to make a bold move in business — I created this for you.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, the three qualities that were most impactful in my journey were: resilience, creative confidence, and digital strategy.

Resilience was non-negotiable. I’ve experienced setbacks, sleepless nights, and seasons where I was creating content while staying in hotels or bouncing back from personal hardship. But I never stopped showing up for my vision. That consistency even when things weren’t perfect built the foundation for everything I have now.

Creative confidence came from truly owning my voice and aesthetic. In the beauty world, it’s easy to compare or copy, but I leaned into what made me different — from the way I show up on camera to how I teach and engage. That authenticity made people trust me, book me, and buy from me.

Digital strategy was a game-changer. Learning how to turn my content into income whether through ebooks, paid workshops, or brand deals, it gave me financial freedom and flexibility.

Once I realized I didn’t need a million followers to make real money online, everything shifted.

My advice for anyone early in their journey:

1) Start messy, but start. Don’t wait until everything is perfect to show up.
2) Invest in learning how to market yourself online. Content is currency.
3) And above all, believe in your ability to grow. What starts small can become legacy if you stay locked in.

I built Code BLVK University to teach beautypreneurs exactly how to take their vision seriously, monetize their talents, and scale with strategy. If you’re ready to grow, the tools and support are out there, you just have to claim them.

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

In the past 12 months, my biggest area of growth has been stepping fully into leadership and ownership. And not just of my businesses, but of my voice, my expertise, and my value.

For a long time, I was the visionary behind the scenes, creating, building, teaching. But this past year, I’ve been learning how to boldly take up space as the face of my brand. Hosting my first paid speaking events, leading masterclasses, launching new offers — those weren’t just business moves, they were personal milestones.

I also became more intentional about systems, structure, and scaling. As someone who started with just content and a dream, I had to unlearn “doing everything alone” and get comfortable delegating, automating, and building a team.

From launching Code BLVK University, expanding my digital product suite, and creating new opportunities for other beautypreneurs, I’ve grown in clarity, consistency, and confidence. It’s one thing to have vision… it’s another thing to execute on it — and this year, I did both.
