Tricia Sticca and Christine Spiak, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

We like to say… we didn’t find our purpose—it found us!

We started as two solopreneurs interested in sharing office space, pooling resources and swapping ideas over coffee. But soon, we realized there was a much bigger need right here in our own backyard—the Mohawk Valley is brimming with entrepreneurial women who crave connection, support, and a safe place to dream bigger.

Success Circle was born from that spark. We’ve seen what happens when women feel truly seen, heard, and supported—it’s transformational. They gain confidence, grow their businesses, and step boldly into leadership roles in their communities. Our vision? To inspire a grassroots movement of women making a positive impact—whether it’s joining school boards, running for office, launching nonprofits, or while leading with courage in their homes and businesses. One day, we hope to see Success Circle communities reaching 1 million women across the globe.

At Success Circle, we help entrepreneurial-spirited women ditch the overwhelm and find the clarity, tools, and confidence to grow thriving businesses—without doing it all alone.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

When they say the “struggle is real”, we’ve lived it. The challenges we faced as solopreneurs and what we experienced first hand are the gifts we use to help other women like ourselves.

We use our God-given talents to be seen and heard to build our community so that we can help and guide others to live out our purpose and passion by taking bold action to overcome burnout, financial strain and overwhelm – while having fun.

We shine a spotlight on the messy. We don’t pretend everything is perfect or going great. In doing so, we break down barriers.

We combine our experience and expertise as a Leadership Coach and Money Coach to guide our members to reach their true potential to make a difference in the world.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

She’s a heart-centered, entrepreneurial woman here in the Mohawk Valley. She’s had success, but now she’s ready for her growth —growing her business, breaking past a revenue plateau, and stepping confidently into leadership.

She’s passionate about her community, loves her family deeply, and dreams of having the time and financial freedom to be fully present for both. She may feel like the “first” in her family to take this leap into entrepreneurship, and sometimes that can feel lonely. That’s where we come in—to remind her she’s not alone, she’s more than enough, and she already has everything she needs to thrive.
