We recently had the chance to connect with Stacy Crawley and have shared our conversation below.
Stacy, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
With my kids out for the summer, I’ve really been enjoying the extra time with them including playing games, doing arts and crafts, watching movies, and even creating our own little ‘field trips.’ They’re growing up so fast and I truly value this season of being present with them. It’s just something about being able to slow down and make those memories together.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Stacy Crawley — a transformational coach, speaker, and author. I help high-achieving, faith-driven women break free from emotional cycles like self-doubt, fear, and people-pleasing so they can heal from their past, reconnect with God, and confidently walk in their purpose. My journey hasn’t been perfect — I’ve walked through my own seasons of feeling stuck, unseen, unloved, disconnected from myself and God and unsure of my worth. But through healing, faith, and bold action, I discovered the power of becoming the woman God created me to be — and now I’m passionate about guiding other women on that same journey. I’m especially excited about my new book, Becoming Her, which shares the lessons, breakthroughs, and faith principles that helped me transform my life. It’s a powerful extension of my mission to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, see themselves the way God sees them and encouraged to step into the fullness of who they are.
Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What relationship most shaped how you see yourself?
The relationship that has most shaped how I see myself is my relationship with God. It’s through my faith that I’ve come to understand my worth, my identity, my value, and my purpose. Knowing that I am loved, chosen, and created for a reason and divine purpose has transformed the way I see myself and how I show up in the world. My relationship with God is the foundation for everything — it’s where I find strength, guidance, and the confidence to walk in who He created me to be. And that’s exactly what fuels my work today. Because I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck, or unworthy — and I also know the freedom that comes from seeing yourself through God’s eyes. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other women rediscover their true identity, heal from their past, and step boldly into the purpose God has for them.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Absolutely! When I was going through my divorce and stepping into life as a single mom of four, I hit rock bottom. I felt rejected, abandoned, and like I was failing — even as a mom. And while I never wanted to give up on my children, there were moments I felt so overwhelmed, exhausted, frustrated, and broken that I wondered if I was enough for them… or for anything else. I thought maybe my mistakes and pain had disqualified me from my purpose. But in that dark, messy place, God met me. He reminded me that His plans for me hadn’t changed — even when everything around me had. That season didn’t just deepen my faith — it shaped my calling. Now I have a heart for women who feel stuck, unseen, or like they’re too far gone to be used by God. Because I’ve been there. And I’m living proof that He can use even our lowest moments to lead us into purpose.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Most definitely! What you see is who I really am. I’ve made a commitment to show up authentically, whether I’m speaking on a stage, coaching a client, writing, or simply sharing a post online. My journey taught me the cost of pretending to have it all together, so I lead with honesty, faith, and transparency. The same grace, strength, and realness I give in private is what I bring to my work and how I connect with others. I believe people don’t need perfect — they need real. And I’m intentional about being that.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I’m finally doing what I was born to do — and that’s helping women break free from the expectations, labels, and emotional cycles that have kept them stuck. For years, I lived trying to be who others expected me to be, chasing approval and playing small. But through my own journey of healing, faith, and rediscovery, I realized I wasn’t created to live for other people — I was created to walk boldly in the purpose God gave me. Now, through my coaching, speaking, and my book Becoming Her, I help women experience that same breakthrough — to stop living under the weight of what others said they should be and start becoming the woman God created them to be.
