We recently had the chance to connect with Adereio Jones and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Adereio, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is a normal day like for you right now?
On a day to day basis I’m working, making sure everything straight at home with my wife and 2 kids, listening to beats and writing music for my upcoming tape “NATIONWIDE” amongst maintaining my side businesses where you can find on my instagram @kmobigg00 or on my website www.00dereio.com

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Wassup this 00Dereio currently I’m working on a diverse project called, “NATIONWIDE” on this project it will be numerous genres and features go to my iG or website to stay updated.

My brand COS “Circle Of Success” Prodz is a lifestyle brand with different segments attached to it.
Cos Clothing where we turn new models into brand ambassadors and help them create portfolios.
Cos Lifestyle Fitness which is personal training, yoga, athletic training, and stretching and massages.
Last but not least Cos Productionz which is a label I created to help me and my team stay independent and grow together in music and business. Under this umbrella I also make flyers, host and coordinate events, and boost other businesses. We don’t gatekeep we try to help others flourish by promoting them or having collab promo events.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Emotions breaks bonds between people in my eyes because everybody isn’t going to support especially people close to you and as much as that hurt it isn’t an obligation but some people don’t realize strangers will support you more than a friend. That can lead to you getting emotional and saying things you may mean or don’t, or acting a way towards them out of emotion which can cause a discrepancy within friendships or family because they don’t got you how you got them or they ain’t supporting you in ways you want them too. You can restore it by being honest, transparent and not caring you have to have tough skin and keep grinding your time will come.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering brought the beast out me to keep going no matter the circumstance, the support, or the connections. Suffering makes you work hard success makes you comfortable and comfort can make you lazy or procrastinate. Hard work beats talent when talent don’t work hard remember that!

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
I would think they a say family making sure anybody that’s around me is good even if I’m not. But I can tell the difference between a user and abuser and I’ll cut that short. I have 2 sons and a wife above all I’m going to always make sure they’re straight regardless of what happens to me.

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
My parents would say I’m hardheaded so I’m definitely not doing what I’m told too. I feel like everybody was born with a purpose but some people are scared to tap in to their why or just don’t know what their purpose is but mine is to show people 1st hand that anything is possible and you can do anything you want in this world. You only get 1 life so live it and do something you love or want to try before it’s your time you don’t want to live with regrets and would ifs.
