Hi Darryl, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
First, I Thank GOD for opening my eyes to a new day and giving me another opportunity to be great!
Next is the bathroom to wake my eyes up a lil more with a hot wash cloth so I can make my way safely to the bucket of coffee in the kitchen! LOL!
After that its the studio to produce “House Music” or to check in on my radio station which is YURRRP RADIO. YurrrP!!!

Hello Hello Everyone!
My name is DJ MILK D who loves his family & the precious gift of life! I’m the CEO of YURRRP RADIO, House Music Producer/DJ & member of Rooted Sounds House Music. My other stage name is “The Party Starter” often imitated but never duplicated!
My latest song I produced is called “GET LOOSE” & mixed by BZ Reyes who is my Brotha from Rooted Sounds House Music. I would like to touch one thing….DO YOU HAVE THE JUICE? The JUICE is LOVE & ENERGY For LIFE & for what you do! GET LOOSE is available on all platforms. I’m a Pro DJ who’s goal is to change lives if it only for a few hours that I’m djing. Life like I said is a “Precious Gift” but it can be difficult for some and If I’m your DJ you can bet we jammin’ & nothing else is on your mind! I DJ ALL GENRES of music but of course HOUSE MUSIC Is My 1st Choice to DJ. I’ve DJ for Carnival Cruise Lines & what a Blast! I absolutely miss it but the time away from my family made it hard. The crew & passengers was amazing and even today I get messages wanting me back! A Great DJ knows how to read the crowd but also make them feel special. Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?
When I was young I always believed in treating others for who they were “inside” & not for who they were on the outside. How they look isn’t what made me like them more it was the inner beauty attracted me to others. Yes a lot stemmed from “how” I looked being a light skin guy aka mixed but most importantly how I was raised at home. I thank my family so much for loving me and instilling the best all around quality of respect & love! I love my family & I’m truly BLESSED!
When you were sad or scared as a child, what helped?
My family helped but Music was the answer. Music has always been part of me and like I said earlier….Music is healing.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My closest friends would quickly say my family. My Family is my everything!
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I hope they say I was a good person who loved his family with all his heart but also a man of GOD who loved life!!! Lastly, when its time to go home to be with my Savior I hope everyone yells YURRRP in honor of me!
