We’re looking forward to introducing you to Laticia Brice. Check out our conversation below.
Laticia, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?
It’s a toss-up between talking to an entrepreneur about the problem they solve for their ideal client and being near the water. One excites me and the other relaxes me.
At my core, I am a problem solver that enjoys helping others, so when I meet someone that is like minded, (and I get to help them achieve their goals), that lights me up and energizes me. It also reminds me why I do what I do.
On the other hand, I am a wannabe beach bum. Besides dancing, swimming is my absolute favorite activity. I get to immerse myself in the beautiful wonders of creation while meditating on the immense love the One who created them has for me.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle a business vision with the tech, planning, and strategy it takes to make it real. Over 20 years ago, I started my career in technology, earning certifications in A+, Network+, Microsoft, and Cisco, and working behind the scenes to keep systems running. But what really lit me up was using that expertise to help everyday entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life.
That’s why I created my signature Private Coaching, Implementation & Strategy (PCIS) program — a 6-phase, done-with-you experience that blends strategic planning, hands-on tech support, and real accountability.
My clients don’t just leave with a polished WordPress website or automated systems — they leave with clarity, confidence, and a plan they can actually follow.
My work extends beyond coaching. I’ve been a guest co-host of the Your Purpose and Business TV show on My9 Network, where I shared a 10-minute tech segment each week, and I serve as an Adjunct Instructor at a local technical college, teaching in the IT department.
Now, I’m expanding my reach by teaching my digital courses in Haitian Creole — because access to opportunity shouldn’t be limited by language.
When entrepreneurs work with me, they don’t just get tech help; they get a partner who understands their challenges, believes in their vision, and knows how to turn overwhelm into empowerment.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
The women in my life, from childhood to now, have been my greatest teachers when it comes to work.
I’ve seen resilient, determined women care for their families—sometimes on their own, sometimes while living with disabilities—yet they not only raised children, but also nurtured them into capable, productive members of society.
From their example, I’ve learned the value of thinking outside the box, the power of empowerment, and the importance of perseverance through hard times. They’ve shown me how to work smart and strategically, and above all, that maintaining a positive mindset is essential because attitude shapes everything.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering has taught me lessons that success alone never could. It showed me how to live with less and still find contentment. It pushed me to innovate when resources were scarce, and to pivot when life didn’t go according to plan. Through hardship, I developed perseverance and resilience—the kind that only comes from being tested and stretched. Most importantly, suffering deepened my reliance on Jehovah God, reminding me that true strength and stability don’t come from circumstances, but from faith in Him.
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes. The public version of me is the real me. Ask anyone who knows me, and they’ll tell you that what you see is what you get. That being said, it doesn’t mean that everyone sees the whole me. Like most people, there are layers that only those closest to me truly understand—but the version I share publicly is still genuine and true to who I am.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. Have you ever gotten what you wanted, and found it did not satisfy you?
Yesssss! After spending seven years as a legal secretary, I made a major pivot in my career. I quit my job, went to technical college, and started working in the tech industry. For about 15 years, I climbed the proverbial ladder of success—only to realize that it’s not enough to climb the ladder; you have to make sure it’s leaning against the right building.
What I mean is this: we often choose a path believing it will bring us fulfillment, but true wisdom is asking ourselves before we climb whether we’ll actually be satisfied when we reach the top.
The lesson I’ve learned is that when we create our life plan, it can’t be built on financial security or outward success alone. Money and titles might provide stability, but they don’t guarantee joy, peace of mind, or a sense of purpose. A truly fulfilling vision for life should also include time for rest, relationships, spiritual growth, health, and meaningful experiences. Otherwise, we risk reaching all our financial goals yet feeling empty, disconnected, or completely burned out by the daily grind. True success is building a life where both achievement and contentment can coexist.
