Rachael Green shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Hi Rachael, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me right now starts with prayer and getting myself together for the day. Most of my daytime hours are spent working, balancing my schedule and other responsibilities. Evenings are usually for my time, church, or catching up on things I couldn’t finish earlier. Overall, my days are busy, but I’m grateful and trying to keep everything in balance.”
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I have been successfully self-employed for more than a decade and serve as the founder of a nonprofit organization. My work is driven by a deep commitment to service and community impact. Supporting others is not simply what I do it is a core value that guides both my professional endeavors and personal mission.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
Broken bonds often come from pride, unforgiveness, or neglect. But God restores what’s broken through humility, forgiveness, and love. As we walk in Christ, He binds us together in unity and peace.
(Colossians 3:13, Ephesians 4:3)
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
You are enough just as you are. Don’t rush to prove yourself your kindness, strength, and faith will carry you further than you realize.
So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
For me, one example would be the belief in restoration and healing that people can rebuild their lives, relationships, and faith no matter what they’ve gone through. It’s not always quick, and sometimes it feels like progress is invisible, but staying committed makes the breakthrough even more powerful when it comes.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: Could you give everything your best, even if no one ever praised you for it?
It’s about integrity, faith, and believing that what I do matters, even if no one sees it.
