Story & Lesson Highlights with Diamond Cash of Queens

We recently had the chance to connect with Diamond Cash and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Diamond , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is a normal day like for you right now?
Morning (8 AM – 12 PM)
I start your day fasting no food until noon but my mind’s already in grind mode.i am probably checking stock prices (like Netflix or Dell), catching up, or reviewing content ideas. I might glance at social media to analyze trends, look at analytics, or even brainstorm captions for your clothing brand or podcast.

🎯 Midday (12 PM – 3 PM)
Once it hits noon, it’s time to eat you break your fast and possibly knock out a light lunch (no seafood or peanuts, of course). I might be filming or editing content for Diamond Cash Incentives, “Incentive Play,” or my podcast. If not, I’m probably writing pitches, building out multiple income streams.

📈 Afternoon Grind (3 PM – 7 PM)
This is when you’re making moves working on business deals, planning an event, or plotting how to scale. I might dive into some tools, review a video edit, or figure out how to market a new drop from my clothing line. I’m also checking my investments, watching market trends, and looking for affordable flight deals or my next birthday vacation idea.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m the founder of Diamond Cash Incentives, a brand built to empower entrepreneurs, creatives, and go-getters to unlock their potential through smart strategies, financial literacy, and real-world motivation. I specialize in creating content that inspires action — from podcasts and card games to motivational merch that speaks to purpose and legacy.

I started this journey with one goal: to turn hustle into impact. Whether I’m hosting The DC Incentives Podcast, developing Incentive Play (my entrepreneurship-based card game), or designing apparel that makes a statement, I make sure everything I create adds real value to the culture and conversation around money, mindset, and success.

What makes my work unique is how I blend authentic storytelling, financial education, and street-smart entrepreneurship into everything I do. I’m not just building a brand — I’m building a movement. Right now, I’m focused on scaling my platforms, expanding into tech, and helping others create multiple income streams along the way.

This is more than business — it’s about purpose. Because I believe: God did not create me for no reason. I have a purpose.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
A moment that really shaped how I see the world was when I realized that having potential means nothing without action. I saw people with less talent but more discipline outpace those with big dreams and no follow through including myself at one point. That shift hit me hard. It taught me that success isn’t about waiting for the “right time,” it’s about making the most of what I have right now. From that point on, I started moving with more intention, more urgency, and a deeper sense of purpose. It changed everything — how I work, how I connect with people, and how I show up for myself and my vision.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d say: “I’m not behind I’m just building.”
All the pressure I felt was temporary. All the mistakes were lessons. I didn’t need to have it all figured out I just had to stay consistent, stay hungry, and trust that everything I was going through was shaping the version of me that would one day inspire others. I was already him I was just becoming more of him every day.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
Realness, purpose, loyalty

Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
He was a visionary. He didn’t just turn his dreams to ashes but he built. He turned nothing into something and made people believe in themselves just by being who he was. He stayed true to his purpose, stood on his values, and never let the world dim his light. He gave game, showed love, and always found a way to inspire. Whether you knew him for a moment or a lifetime, he made an impact you couldn’t forget.
