The path of raising my consciousness every minute, everyday.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, my name is Alpa Rama, I was born in France with Indian origins. I lived in Florida, USA for over 14 years and recently moved back to France. I am a content creator featuring my travels as well as a mindful life specializing in sustainable. fashion.

Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
So many things, I had to do a lot of unlearning but to name a few: you have to fit into a box to belong, there is a right path for everyone like follow a set timeline: school, job, marriage, house, kids.

If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
Do not worry, you will choose to live a conscious life and all the sudden the lens you look at life will change completely.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I am committed to educate through my social platform about over consumption and its impact.

When I am in a space that allows movement and stillness, when I help others, when I am with my family, when I am with my soul mates, when I am in nature.
