An Inspired Chat with Andreina Pradas of Miami

Andreina Pradas shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Good morning Andreina, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
I am very proud to go back and reflect on all the people I have helped in my path. I am very proud that I was able to help many during the Pandemic. I helped people who had lost their jobs, who were very sad and anxious; and I do not typically talk about it since there stories are very personal. I am very proud of the space I am able to create for people to feel comfortable to talk about things they have not shared with anyone.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Andreina Pradas. I am the founder of Inhance, LLC. Inhance has the mission to take happiness and wellness wherever is needed. We do that with our 2 programs: Live in Happiness and WellHAPPYness.

What is unique about us is that we have combined more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources with more than 20 years in the fields of Wellness. So, that allows us to understand the needs of the organization and we can provide a customized program to each company.

In addition to that, I have navigated the way out from Depression to Happiness by using my programs more than 15 years ago. I do have the certifications and the knowledge; and I also have my own experience.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
When I got divorced and got into a very bad depression. I started seeing another level of suffering in the world and I understood that I had a mission to help people as I was helping myself.

What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering allows you to get back to you, to what matters in life. Suffering has allowed me to stay humble and to be compassionate. Because of suffering, I can sit with people and listen to their stories without judgement. I am very grateful for that. I would not change anything I have been through,

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
My friends would say that I really care for others. Many would say that I am passionate about what I do and because I care so much, I continue to work very hard to improve myself, so I can be the best to others.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
That I made a change in the world and people are happier: they can manage their challenges of live in a better way and they are better people.
