Kween , so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What is a normal day like for you right now?
A Normal day in the Life of Kween PrezSure would typically be me getting out of bed and jumping straight on one of my digital devices. The first thing I check every morning is emails, fishing through massive emails to see which of them benefits my company and or any one of my artists collectively or individually.
Once done handling my start of the morning business my focus then becomes solely on school, Which I attend Full Sail University for my Bachelor of Science in Music Business and Law. After school, then it’s game on for my day! Studios sessions, meetings, networking to collab with new business partners on new business ventures and so on.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
As some continued readers may know me or has heard of me, to all the new readers Hi, my name is KWEEN PREZSURE, ceo and owner of PREZSURE MUSIK MANAGEMENT LLC, a talent management agency that caters to not only independent talent…. but our doors are open to accommodate ALL TALENT that needs management….
Also the manager of “CREFLO – @crefloscholar”; FNF Juuk- @fnf_juuk”, as well as “Florida Slime Corey- @Florida_slime_corey” also, other artist on my roster still remains “ Sha Butta- @sha_nobutta” as well as “YN Hefe- @3hard_hefe”. And let’s not forget about “Grindhard Tezzy – @officialgeindhardboyz”.
Currently, I’ve been in the process of Working with Creflo, Juuk and Slime on there upcoming Album releases…. While building a wider brand through connections with my Full Sail School community.

Okay, so here’s a deep one: What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that has served its purpose is me using my platform to bring the local cities that I reside in together as one when it comes to artists, musicians and the music industry…
That is also apart of me that has been released the start of 2025…. I chose to no longer serve that purpose because my purpose is solely to serve those of the artist that work under me . My purpose is to introduce them to the world in a massive channel demographics. Over the years it has taught me that the process of trying to help the locals can not only get in the way but can become a waste of time that could have been a direct focus to those that really wanted the help.

When did you last change your mind about something important?
School, my debate was on rather I wanted to go to nursing school or rather I wanted to attend Full Sail University, and this wouldn’t be the first time Full Sail has came to my table …..I look at one as a career and one as a calling and I went with Full Sail University not only because I was awarded a grant which was all in Gods favor, but I know that the music industry is my calling…. I know that I have a different type of passion when it comes to wanting to see an artists or musician win. I’m just currently building the continuous of connections and foundations .

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
I admire my mother…. No one can out hold the power she has in my life. I am who I am today because that woman encouraged me to chase my dream for me not for anyone else.
She feeds me mental encouraging affirmations everyday – all day…. She pushes me to focus on school and not let anything get in the way! She supports my goal and my career sector for what I want to do…. Life get’s no better than having that form a character around you!!!!

Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: When do you feel most at peace?
I feel most at peace when I’m visiting the grave of my grandmother! I can sit at her grave and literally talk to her all day everyday…. That’s my most peaceful place and my most peaceful moments outside of being with my daughter.
