Irene Ortiz shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.

Hi Irene, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What are you being called to do now, that you may have been afraid of before?
Right now, I’m building something important: a clear guide for women who have amazing ideas but don’t know how to make them happen.
I know this person because I was her. I had big dreams and worked really hard, but I was basically guessing at everything. I didn’t need someone to tell me I could do it—I needed someone to show me HOW to do it, step by step.
What I Do
I help women turn their ideas into actual businesses that make money. Here’s how:
Stop the guessing game. Instead of wondering “Will this work?” I give you a proven system with clear steps.
Turn your story into something you can sell. Everyone has unique experiences and skills. I help you package yours into something people will pay for.
Build a simple system. Create content that brings in customers automatically. No complicated tricks—just a method that works over and over.
The steps are straightforward:

Figure out your message (what you’re really about)
Create your offer (what you’re selling)
Make content that attracts the right people
Set up a way for people to buy from you
Deliver what you promised

Why This Matters
This isn’t about working 24/7 or “grinding.” It’s about working smart. When you have a real plan and someone who believes in you, everything changes. You get more confident, make better decisions, and money starts coming in because you’re actually helping people.
I’m creating what I wish someone had given me years ago: a clear path from “I have an idea” to “I have a successful business.”
If you’re someone who knows you’re meant to do something big, but you’ve been stuck at the starting line wondering where to begin—this is for you. You’re not behind. You’re not too late. You just need the right plan.

Think of it like this: Having a dream without a plan is like wanting to drive somewhere new but having no GPS. You might eventually get there, but you’ll waste a lot of time being lost. I’m the GPS for turning your ideas into income.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m the founder of Feminine CEO Path—a program that helps women turn their personal experiences into businesses that actually make money.
My Story
I learned everything the hard way. I burned myself out working too hard, always thinking I needed someone else’s permission to succeed. Then I figured out the secret: you get results faster when you have the right system.

I teach women a clear, step-by-step method that works:

Find your message (what makes you unique)
Create your offer (what you’re selling)
Build a content system (that brings customers to you)
Set up sales (so people can actually buy)
Deliver results (keep your promises)

But here’s what makes me different: I also help with the mental side. I not only teach you how to manage stress, believe in yourself, but also how to reprogram your limiting beliefs so you can subconsciously attract better results.

My clients are women who have:

Big dreams and clear vision
The drive to make it happen
No idea where to start

They don’t need motivation—they need a roadmap.
My Approach
No fake “hustle culture.” I don’t believe in working yourself to death.
No confusing advice. Just clear steps that actually work.
No waiting years for results. My system helps you make money in months, not years.
I help women go from barely getting by to having a business that gives them both money AND free time—without compromising their values.

Think of me as your catalyst for becoming who you need to be to build what you want. I give you the practical steps AND help you break through the mental barriers that have been stopping you from taking action.

Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
I was 19, fresh off my cosmetology license, and one week into working at a salon. I’d always worked from home, so my clients were loyal and kind. Then I met my first truly rude client. I was shaken and ready to shut down. My next appointment sat in my chair, and I barely wanted to speak—until I did. I told her my story. She looked at me and said, “Girl, you’re 19. You shouldn’t be sitting here. You’re worth more than this.”

She worked in medical sales, hated the system, and was building a coaching/consulting business so she could be free. She told me to quit that day—so I did. I never worked a traditional job again.

That moment taught me three things: the right environment matters, one honest conversation can change your entire trajectory, and you don’t need permission to choose freedom. It also felt divinely timed—she didn’t even plan to visit that salon; “something told her” to go. That encounter became the catalyst for my mission: helping women turn their story into a business and a life that fits.

One conversation can rewrite your future if you’re willing to listen and act.

What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Failure, and beneath it, the lie that I wasn’t worthy of my vision or its weight. My brain kept me in the “safety loop”: stay small, avoid risk, repeat. Safety without purpose is a cage.

What broke the loop was identity first, proof second. I stopped waiting to become her and decided: I am the woman who can hold this, lead this, and multiply it. Now. From that identity, faith isn’t blind; it’s directive. Action gets cleaner. Capacity expands. Results follow.

Today, mindset isn’t motivation—it’s operations. I regulate my nervous system, choose the belief on purpose, and take the move that matches it. Control the mind, and you control the map.

I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Where are smart people getting it totally wrong today?
They confuse credentials with value.
School can be useful, especially in regulated fields, but a diploma doesn’t guarantee income. The market doesn’t pay for degrees; it pays for problems solved.
Too many smart people wait to feel “validated” before they start. They collect courses, read more books, polish résumés, then wonder why someone less experienced is winning. In business, decisions beat delay, and taking action beats perfection. The person who starts, listens to feedback, and improves in public compounds faster than the person who studies in private.

Three truths most overlook:
Demand > diploma. Money follows pain points you solve, not letters after your name.
Speed > talent. Consistent action creates timing, proof, and momentum.
Outcomes > optics. Clients don’t buy qualifications; they buy results and relief.
If you want to get paid, stop asking, “Am I qualified?” and start asking, “Whose problem can I solve today, and how fast can I deliver?”

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
That business isn’t just about strategy; it’s about identity first.
Strategy matters, but it sits on top of belief. Your subconscious sets the ceiling: if you don’t believe it’s possible (or possible for you), you’ll sabotage, delay, or play small—no matter how perfect the plan looks.

The fastest results come from a simple sequence:
Decide the identity: “I am the woman who builds this.”
Install the belief: daily reps—proof stacks, self-talk, visualization.
Align the action: tiny, consistent moves that match the belief.

Why some people win faster: they choose that it can happen faster, so their brain filters for opportunities, takes cleaner shots, and recovers quicker. Imagination becomes an asset, not an escape. When you use it on purpose, it turns into a strategy: you see angles others miss, you act sooner, and momentum does the heavy lifting.
My conviction: results are 90% mindset, 10% mechanics. Strategy is the map; identity is the engine. When you upgrade who you are, the same steps produce different outcomes.
